Much easier to apply than mineral sunscreen - time saver in the mornings
Pros: This sunscreen has become part of our morning routine because it actually makes getting the kids out the door faster. I was using a mineral formula before and it took forever to rub in, plus it left a heavy white cast on their skin. This one comes in a pump bottle that dispenses just the right amount, and the texture has a nice glide to it without feeling greasy or too thick. There is no white cast left behind at all, which was the main thing I was hoping to fix. It is also fragrance free, and since my kids have eczema that mattered a lot to me. Neither of them had any irritation or reaction after using it, even on more sensitive areas. It held up well through sweat and outdoor play too, so I felt confident it was actually doing its job during long days outside.Cons: The pump mechanism does not work as well once you get toward the bottom of the bottle. I ended up having to unscrew it and scoop out the last bit by hand, which felt a little wasteful given how much product was still left in there. The price point is also on the higher side for a sunscreen, especially when you are going through it regularly with two kids. It does perform well enough that I think the cost is justified, but it is still something to budget for if you are a family that reapplies often.Ver másVer menos
