LOVE
I love this coffee maker. I gifted it to my daughter & son in law. He was wanting a single cup maker. I looked at the other Single Cup brands and this one had better features for your dollar. They love the fact they can use the K Cups and their own coffee. My daughter loves the milk frother to make London Fogs. Nice coffee maker.Ver másVer menos

GREAT COFFEE POT! LOVE THAT YOU CAN MAKE ONE CUP OR A WHOLE POT. HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS!!!

Great but short lived
I love how this item works. I missed having a decent sized reservoir, but the reuseable single serve filter was great - can fit 3 tbsp of coffee, and run as much as 16 oz water if desired! I also really liked the frother for my coconut milk creamer, if it is a bit small. BUT it died after 6 months. Too expensive to be replaced after 6 months. It boils the water but cannot pump it out.Ver másVer menos

Pretty good product
Works well and even froths cold or hot milk or creamer but you have to measure each cup of water for your coffee

2nd time was a charm!
The first order of this product came to me with the manufacturer box fitting skin tight with the shipping box with no padding and the end result was broke plastic peices.... shame on whoever packed it wrong for shipping. Returned no problem... same packing issue the second time but it survived and its a great product and I especially love the milk frother!Ver másVer menos

GREAT Coffee Maker
This product makes good coffee (I use the ground coffee filter incl.) have yet to use the K-cup one. Love it! on a downside wish only that the reservoir for the water held more water at one time. other than pour water EACH time you use it!
