Great Chair for Getting from point A to point B
My husband has had surgery and an injury that has made it very difficult for him to walk. I borrowed a regular wheelchair which was great, but I couldn't lift it and it was almost impossible to fit in our small SUV. This chair from Amazon is perfect. The handles for pushing easily fold down and the chair compacts just by pulling up on two straps. It is light enough that I can pretty easily lift it and it fits in the back of our car. Unlike a "regular" wheelchair, this one doesn't have the big wheels, so can't be propelled by the person seated in it, so that's something to consider, depending on your needs.Ver másVer menos

Great chair. I recommend this.
Great chair. Sturdy and easy to use. Collapses down to a good size. Very helpful with transferring my elderly mother to her shower chair.

Well worth the price!
Hubby fell onto his right hip. Didn’t fracture it but the pain is so great he wasn’t able to walk, even with a walker. Ordered this chair for him, not really expecting anything special. Wow! I’m blown away. This is a very substantial product and not cheap feeling at all, seems very well made, NO assembly except for two footrests (we opted to leave them off). Rolls easily even over door thresholds and light carpet. And, he has started being able to walk a little, and plans to also use the chair as a walker. BTW, the back has a fold down option that lets the back be at the same height as the armrests. The back wheels lock and are accessible by the person sitting in the chair. The width is narrow enough to even access our little mini bathroom. Overall, we are thrilled with this product, it’s perfect for our needs.Ver másVer menos

Good buy
This chair is easy to push, comfortable to sit in appears to be fairly good quality. It folds easily and transports like a dream. I would recommend separately purchasing a cushion.

Really well-made Folding transport wheelchair
This is the second one we purchased. The first one we sent back because the seat was just too small. I'm of aging years and fixing to have some knee surgery. I had a very old transport wheelchair from my Mom's days but gave it away to someone in need. I decided to get a new one so I would have it available for me or my husband if we needed it. This is my second one and it didn't cost much more but has a larger seat. However, when we put it together we found this model to be very sturdy for just a few dollars more than the basic model. It is well made, easy to put together and small enough that this can be put in the trunk easily. The basic model was lighter; BUT you would need to be assured the smaller seat would fit.Ver másVer menos

Perfect wheelchair for travel and temporary mobility needs!
We purchased this for my dad to use on a cruise while he was waiting for knee surgery, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.The folding mechanism is smooth and intuitive - no wrestling with complicated latches or struggling to get it compact.
