Finally, a natural repellent that works!
We've been looking for a bug spray that actually works but doesn't feel like I'm dousing my kids in harsh chemicals. We live near some wooded areas, and between school field trips, soccer practice, and just playing in the backyard, mosquitoes and ticks are a constant concern. This Murphy's Naturals spray uses oil of lemon eucalyptus, which sounded promising since it's plant-based. The 4-ounce pump bottles are a good size, not too bulky to throw in a backpack or the diaper bag.I'm really impressed with how well this works. We've used it for backyard playdates and even on a camping trip, and it kept the bugs away from all of us. The best part for me is that I don't get that awful chemical headache or feel nauseous after using it, which has happened with other strong repellents. It also doesn't leave a super greasy residue, which is a big plus when you're trying to get three kids out the door.
