Good pump but kinda strong for fish
This vid is on the lowest setting in a 10 gallon. Great to turn on for a few minutes, as a surface skimmer and to circulate the tank, but most of my fish get blown around by it, even on the lowest setting with it pointed upward. That's why you only see the one fish in the video haha.Ver másVer menos

Works fine.
This is the second pump I have bought from this company. The first one had lights with it. I woke up at 2:30am to a loud pop noise, I got up to investigate and noticed the fountain lights were off. Took the fountain to the kitchen. The water had black soot in it.Order this new pump with no lights. I have noticed the water is slightly warm. I assume from circulating the small amount of water around over and over.The bucket is from the paint department in the hardware store, the liner was next to the buckets. The bucket holds a little more than a gallon of water. The tube is 24 inches.Will see how long this pump lasts. The first one was around a year maybe.Ver másVer menos

If you have a portable AC that drains water you definitely need one of these or if there’s ever a spill or something and there’s a lot of water inside and you need to drain the water out fast. This is perfect. It’s super easy to use. I mean the price is outstanding so you get a lot of value for your money I haven’t had an issue with the clogging. The suction is great. I use it all the time. I just leave it plugged into a bucket that my portable AC drains into perfect for like a workshop or something where you don’t have central air and you’re using a portable AC and you need water to drain out or if there’s a bucket or some sort of container that has a lot of water in it and you aren’t able to just dump it over this is great.Ver másVer menos

Killed my fish, electrocuted all of them
I bought since May 2025, it is now July 2026. The pump failed and since it was in an aquarium it electrocuted and killed all of my fish.ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS FOR ANY AQUARIUM. I woke up one morning to extreme buzzing sounds when I checked the water it was literally SHOCKING ME. It killed my entire tank overnight, I grew these fish from babies to adults. In a community tank of 20 gallons, it killed my betta and all neon tetras, I even had a snail problem and it killed EVERYTHING!!!!These things absolutely will fail. :(I am down $200 in fish and they were my absolute pride and joys, they recognize me and were extremely special, this device has no fail safety mechanism to ensure that when it fails that it shuts off. It will just keep running and electrocute any thing it touches.I bought it for the price and value but do not compromise on safety. But these have absolutely none.Ver másVer menos
