  So far, so good

  I bought this chair recently to replace one (a different brand) that broke. It was easy to assemble, and the instructions were straightforward and well-written. The supplied Allen wrench is much easier to use, much easier on the hands, than the ones supplied with most assemble-it-yourself furniture, and the screws were packed in a well-labeled and organized way. The chair, itself, is comfortable, with plenty of lumbar support—and that's critical to me, as I have some back issues. That the arms tilt up and out of the way is a huge bonus, allowing me to pull in close to the desk. Finally, the wheels work quite well on the brick floor in my office (a converted porch). All in all, this chair seems to provide terrific value for the money.Ver másVer menos

  So good I bought two of them

  I have purchased two of these chairs. One in May 2025 and one in May 2026.They are both fantastic chairs - one for me and one for my son. The assembly was very easy and instructions are explained simply. The first chair I bought only had one set of holes on the seat cushion and the second chair now has 3 holes (small, medium, large) for different heights. I'm 6'1 and the original was great, and for my son I also set it to large (I believe for 5'9+).These chairs are incredibly comfortable and I we can sit on them for hours. The mesh seat has tension which makes it comfortable for sitting, imo. The chairs also look nice and elegant. There is a logo on the back if you use the headrest, but other than that it is unbranded. I don't personally use the headrest much, but it is installed for when I need it. You can adjust the headrest in different angles and heights, and lean it forward if you are used to using one.I'm a heavy guy (~300 lbs) and have had no noise like creaks or issues with my chair in over 1 year, so I'm incredibly happy with it. It also helped my posture, coming from executive-style chairs where comfort seems to triumph posture, I had a few days of upper back pain but it was due to poor posture and quickly corrected itself.I also really like that the arm rests go up. On the second chair install, one arm rest wasn't going up as expected and seemed to hit something, but I just took it off and re-installed it, ensuring not to tighten it too much - and it works great with little resistance.   Don't be fooled by the low price point. I really was surprised at the quality and comfort.

  I really wasn't expecting much for a chair at this price point, but my old chair died and I didn't want to spend a ton on something new that I couldn't try out first. But I've been using this for about a week now and I got to say I am delighted with it! I no longer have to get up and feel tightness in my lower back after sitting in it for 2-3 hours. I do a lot of programming and gaming. The packaging was very impressive and directions were excellent. I had his thing together in about 20 minutes. It's very comfortable and adjustable. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the adjustable arms don't drop a bit lower for my setup. I had every intention of returning it to Amazon, and was skeptical after my first hour using it. But now I am sure I made the right purchase as I have no intentions of sending it back.Ver másVer menos

  Amazing chair!

  Where do I start! I looovveee this chair. 10 chairs later and I finally found the perfect chair for my body. The chair is solid but not to harsh on the body. The back support is phenomenal.   Amazing chair and amazing customer service!

  *UPDATE* 3/16/26It's been around 5 months since I purchased this chair now. I still love it if not even more than when I originally got it. I think it became more comfortable after it's been broken in. The chair has not sagged at all and has held up great. The arm rests aren't as stiff and move up and down a lot easier now. I have sat on this chair for up to 6 hours at a time and it has never caused me any pain. Friends and family who have sat in the chair told me it's very nice and comfortable unprompted! Would still highly recommend to others!!I previously had a Secret Lab chair, and after struggling with months of back pain from the chair, I decided to start looking into ergonomic chairs. When looking online for "good" ergonomic chair brands or recommendations, all I saw were Steelcase or Herman Miller, and anything else was "garbage".I decided to keep looking and do my own research and eventually landed on this one. Initially, I was worried it might not meet my expectations because of everything I had been seeing online about how if it wasn’t a huge, expensive name brand, it was no good.I went ahead and ordered it and was pleasantly surprised. The chair took very little effort to build and was able to do it by myself in less than an hour. Sitting on it for the first time, it felt comfortable and supportive. I knew it wouldn't cause the same back problems that my Secret Lab chair gave me. The adjustability is lovely. I(5’5”, 190 lb female) fit very well into this chair, and the headrest is quite comfortable. My only gripe is that the armrests don't move side to side, but most of all, the firmness of the armrests. They are very hard and can get uncomfortable quickly, but not a huge deal since I have the armrests up most of the time.I had the opportunity to keep a Herman Miller Aeron chair, but since I only sit 2-4 hours maximum at my desk each day and preferred the adjustability of this chair, I sold the Aeron, as well as the Secret Lab, and kept this chair. I can't judge it for longevity yet but am hopeful it'll last the next 5 years or so.Lastly, customer service is excellent! I initially had issues with the gas lift of the chair, so I contacted them, and they promptly sent me a replacement gas lift as well as a lumbar support pillow. They are very kind and sent instructions on how to replace the gas lift. Winnie and Cayla have been very helpful. Thank you.TLDR: For the price It's a great chair and superb customer service!! Just buy it!!
