I’ve been using these Neutrogena Hydro Boost Makeup Remover Wipes for years, and they’re the only makeup wipes I buy, even over the liquid makeup removers on the market.I use them as the first step in my evening skincare routine to remove my makeup, including mascara, before washing my face with a cleanser. They do a great job of removing that first layer of makeup and helping me get rid of the dirt and oils that build up throughout the day.What I like most is that they leave my skin feeling clean and refreshed without feeling dry or stripped.
