Excellent bag for a stay at home mom with two littles
Pretty stoked with this purchase after spending HOURS researching diaper bags.I recently had my second baby. With my first, I never used a real diaper bag— just various other bags I already had. I’ve always had an issue with bags with too many compartments because I forget what’s in there (out of sight out of mind). However, I really needed a bag for outings as a stay at home mom with a baby and a toddler.My needs & preferences were:-backpack for going up and down stairs to parking lot with a toddler on one hand and car seat in the other. Need to be able to make one trip to the car for a basic outing.-enough space for essentials (diapers, wipes, burp rags, snacks, water), and incidentals (layers, hats, a towel, baby blanket, clothes changes).-enough organization that everything except big bulky stuff has a “home” in the bag. Easy enough to check snacks and diapers to restock without much thought.-enough extra space to load up for a full day outing or an overnight at grandparent’s house-good looking (for a diaper bag), easy enough to clean-could be used long term and for more versatile purposes down the road, travel-friendly, etc.-will hold up to rigorous use/not fall apartThis bag has met all of those qualifications. I went with the XL and I think that will prove really useful for overnights, adventure days, road trips, and flights. The blue color is really lovely. There are plenty of pockets but it’s easy enough to know where things are once I designated each of them a purpose. The bag itself is definitely big and spacious but doesn’t feel crazy to carry around.I will say that for simple walks to the park or outings with just one kid, I’m still just taking a smaller daypack for essentials, but for drives and outings with two, this bag does exactly what I need.Ver másVer menos
