This stuff had an immediate and noticeable effect without making me feel cracked out. Before I drank it, I was feeling fatigued. On the way to the gym, I chugged it and by the time I got to the gym, I started to feel energized. During my workout I felt invincible and powerful. I mixed a full scoop into some water and it dissolved well. The flavor (fruit punch) was good, but not great. I don't care about the flavor because I bought this for its ingredients. At first I was looking for l-carnitine, l-citrulline, beta alanine and caffeine supplements individually, then I found this. 30 servings for the price I paid is a great value especially considering that it does exactly what I was hoping it would. This is hands down the best pre-workout I've tried. I first tried old school labs vintage blast. It didn't dissolve completely in water and it only ran right through me forcing me to stop mid workout for a bathroom break. There was no other noticeable effect from the OSL pre-workout.Ver másVer menos

Do it for the pump
If you train seriously, you are probably taking supplements. If you take a pre-work out, you more than likely want one that gets you pumped with a little bit of jittery but not too much.I have been lifting for about 7 years now. Like every lifter, I have a body long list of supplements I have previously. Jacked factory has become my pre workout favorite. I have used the nitrosurge(NS), currently using the shred (NS), and I have just received my Pump surge.<br /The regular Nitrosurge is fantastic. At the time, I had been alternating between that and Legion Pulse. The legion is good. I was getting results but I never got the "pump" feeling. I want that feeling, I rely on it. I did get that pump with the Nitrosurge, I always seemed to have a few more reps in me when I used it. And the fact that it's cheaper is just an added bonus. The watermelon flavor tastes great. Not too sweet. I will point out that this is the only pre-work to ever clump on me. Not sure why. I had two other pre-workouts, creatine, and post workout containers in the same location and they didn't do so.Currently, I am using the Nitrosurge Shred. This might be my favorite pre-workout to date. The pump is even better than the regular nitrosurge. The fruit punch tastes great.Note: this might be obvious but neither of the two mentioned are a pre-workout you want to take late/later in the day. There is no crash. You'll be up for HOURS Because of the caffeine levels . This has been my experience. That is why I have recently purchased the Pump surge for the stimulant free mix.Ver másVer menos

Will not buy again
I would not buy this pre work out again. The flavor is ok. It give a little boost of energy, but the side effects of the skin crawling and itchiness is not worth it !

Breath easier, tastes like sweet tarts.
Provides a good boost prior to work-out. Flavor is good when mixed with just water. I mix it pretty strong and do it like a power shot, then drive to gym allowing time for it to get into my system. Quite happy with results. Allows me to perform at slightly higher level aerobically.Ver másVer menos

Good not great
Good product, decent flavor, the energy it delivers is a little weak and the beta alydine hits a little, maybe I'm just addicted to caffine but it didn't really do the trick. It was on sale, it's decent I'll finish the tub but buy my usual stuff after it's out. No clumping, good value for it's price. Try it if you're on a budget for sureVer másVer menos

It’s has a great taste but it also last long (the pump)Overall it’s a great pre workout that dosent give you the shake like you hade to much coffee. You can iven take 2 scoops if your body tolerates it

Great supplement.
The outcome of my using this product prior to the gym definitely helps me to have an extensive workout and the taste is great.

Not bad
I like the flavor. I did note that it didn't fully dissolve and it seemed to miss the boost for me. I find that pre-work out is a very personal situation.
