Worth the Price for Healthier, Fuller Hair
I am extremely happy with Nutrafol Women’s Balance! After using it consistently, my hair feels healthier, stronger, and noticeably fuller. I have also noticed less shedding and improved scalp coverage. The capsules are easy to add to my daily routine, and I appreciate that the formula is specifically designed for women over 45. New growth already!
I am a 64 year old female who is a biker. I had super thick hair up until menopause. Natural auburn curly/wavy hair. I color it now however (have been for years). It has been gradually thinning on top. My mom had very thick hair. My dad (redhead) was bald on top. Mine is to the point where I am pulling it back to help conceal the thinning on top. I told my husband that if I didnt get this hair issue reversed, my two Harleys were going up for sale, because I wasnt going to be a bald biker chic. He is the one who told me about this product. After two weeks of using this, I am seeing new growth all over my head. I am also using rosemary oil daily and use a scalp massager daily. Along with these, I take collagen peptides. So, I can't say for sure what is working - it could be a combination of everything. But this product has to be playing a role in this without a doubt. I started taking fish oil supplements today also, which are supposed to be good for hair growth. Am hoping to get at least 50% back of what I have lost over time, and get it thickened back up again. Im doing everything I can short of seeking professional help and spending thousands of $$$ on PRP or transplants. Fingers crossed!*Update* Am thru my first bottle and just ordered my second. Those first new growth hairs are now an inch long. Prior to this, I would shed a handful of hair each time I washed it. Shedding is now minimal. Everywhere I part my hair, there are baby hairs popping up. I can't tell you how relieved I am to be seeing improvement and new growth. I continue to use rosemary oil at night, massage my scalp, take protein supplements and collagen peptides, and fish oil. I am using a shampoo with rosemary oil. I'm not relying on one product for success. I think it's been a team effort from several products. Whatever I am doing, it's working!!!Update with pictures. I am thru my first 4 months of using this and my 5th bottle is on the way. I am no longer keeping my hair pulled back. My almost bald spot at the back of my head is gone. Any light areas you see are grays because I am 2 weeks out from my last color job, and it grows super fast. I am beyond happy with the results I have gotten from using this. This stuff works! Miracle!
About ten years ago, I started to get sick. My joints and back ached, I was super fatigued and I had rashes and hives. During all of this, my hair started to fall out. I mean, it was coming out in handfuls. Besides all of the obvious health issues, I was stressed about my hair; it was embarrassing and I already had visible signs of disease. It was awful. I was eventually diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases. In my adventure with about 25 doctors, one of them suggested Nutrafol to try and combat the hair loss. I got some and my hair started to come back within two months. It is thick and healthy and long. I have been taking this for years now and when I stop for a few days, I begin to lose my hair again. I don’t know what sort of magic they put in these things, but I am a very loyal customer. I’m on auto shipments for this. It is an expensive supplement, but I think it is worth every penny. It has helped me to feel a bit more confident through this health journey. My disease is chronic and debilitating, but having my hair back was a tiny boost when I really needed one. I recommend this all the way. The first pic is when my hair started coming out. The second was last month, me and my boys at a concert. Pretty Impressive
I have baby thin long hair (mid back) and was beginning to show signs of thinning, a lot of shedding and you could actually see my scalp top front of my head and in a early bolding pattern. I bought this product 18 November 2023, today is 3 January 2024 so after two months use taking the daily supplements and using the shampoo + conditioner. All the products are expensive but I made a minimum of a 3 months commitment. So far the pills have not been a problem to swallow, and the shampoo and conditioner are luxurious so you really don't need that much and I don't even feel the need to wash it as frequently.I know new growth won't begin to show for another few months but for now I can honestly say I am not shedding the hand full of hair, my hair feels and looks fuller as family members have complimented me on and my crown thinning front area is not noticeable. I must say I am taking + using all of this in conjunction with some medication (pills) my dermatologist prescribed. I was hesitant to spend the money but I can honestly say I am very satisfied.About the individual products:PILLS: You must take 4 per day. I would bypass buying the bottle and go for the bag because it will be less expensive.SHAMPOO: Super luxurious and you only need about a quarter size on your hand. I have long hair.CONDITIONER: I use about the same amount as the shampoo but note this will NOT detangle your hair. I use a different spray mist to detangle after I get out of the shower.SERUM; I love this stuff. I use a fine comb to part my hair in lines as I put the serum and massage it into my scalp. I do the entire top and front of my head a few times a week. The good thing about this serum is that it does not leave your hair gross, you can style it and it won't look greasy. ONE THING OF CAUTION This product comes with a very fine glass applicator so you must be careful not to bank it or drop it or it will break and there are no replacement droppers.All in all I am very happy with the results this far and look forward to seeing much improvement over the next 6 months.Ver másVer menos

Read if on HRT of any kind!
I have only had this supplement for less than a week, the 45 and older version. I would caution those over 45 who are on any type of hormone replacement. Per my experience I have learned about Maca, that is in this version but not the 45 and younger. My hormone Dr recommended this as a good hair growth supplement, not realizing there was this version. I started having warm flushes, super oily skin, and anxiety/jittery feel on day 2, of a starting out, reduced dose. Started researching the ingredients and mace seems to be the issue. I called my Dr, and indeed, stop taking dt the maca. I have ordered the 45 and younger version, since this is supposed to be an effective supplement, hopefully it will be. But I thought to review for many of us over 45 on some form of hrt, who this may not be a good option for. I would have appreciated a warning about this on the label, would have saved me some unpleasant symptoms and extra money. But, I'm not knocking it over all, giving the younger version a try when my new order comes in. Good luck ladies!I wanted to update, 4/9/2024, I've been taking this, 45+, 2 caps with 2 caps of the 45 and younger version. Stopped my dhea supplement I was on, all with my Dr's approval. First, my hormones are doing really great on this with maca, now that the dhea is stopped. Better than on dhea. I feel great too! But let's get to the hair. At first I was not sure much was happening, even at 3 months, nope, not sure. But I think it's 6 months or so now, and I'm sure my hair is thickening back up, so it is working for me, not without some initial issues, but I found the right combo for myself, 4 caps a day, 2, 45+, 2 ,45 and under. Hormones and hair doing better. I agree, expensive, but I've decided, worth it to me, and will continue for hair and hormones in my perimenopause world!
