  I've owned sheet sets that cost several times more than these, and honestly, I don't think they were noticeably better.These sheets were soft right out of the package and became even softer after washing.   Fine but not “super soft”

  These are just fine. I would not classify them as “super soft” like you’d imagine from a high thread count cotton, thread count is actually fairly low on these. But they are comfortable and not too hot which is great for us hot sleepers. For the price, though, they’re worth it.
