  Zero Regrets!

  I love it! My kid loves it too! Great for anyone of any exercise level - so many different types of uses from just sitting with your legs on it to help with leg fatigue to doing full workouts and everything in between. The board comes with everything you need to start working out from day one. It's really easy to use - I often use my feet to change the settings while on the board - but it does come with a remote that makes it super easy too. No regrets!!Ver másVer menos

  Excellent for tight/sore muscles

  I absolutely love the vibrational plates! I can feel stress leaving my body as I stand on it. Excellent for everyday home use for anyone with tight muscles and for those who desire better circulation. I’ll do squats and balancing exercises as it runs. I’ve only just started using it so I haven’t gone on to higher speeds yet. I look forward to trying them when I’m ready. It has so many options. I did end up keeping the mini sized one as these are heavy for me to lift and I easily fit on the smaller one and so does my son who is over 6 feet around 185 lbs. My body vibrates all the way to my head, releasing any and all tension. It helps to relieve sore painful muscles from good workouts and I feel more flexible after using it. The overall value is great for everything it does. I keep it in a corner in my living room and can easily store it under my bed when company is over. This is great for home useVer másVer menos

  Excellent Performance, But Check the Rubber Mat on Arrival

  was actually very happy with the performance of this vibration plate. I primarily used it for circulation, recovery, and lymphatic support, and I especially enjoyed the preset programs. Program 04 became my favorite because it felt smooth, rhythmic, and relaxing without being overly intense.The machine felt stable, easy to use, and powerful enough for both standing exercises and seated or reclined use. One of my favorite ways to use it was lying down with my calves resting on the plate after a long day.The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the rubber mat on my unit was lifted when I received it. I attached a photo because I wanted to show exactly what I experienced. The machine itself worked well, but I was concerned that the separation would continue to worsen over time with regular vibration and use.That said, I liked the Waver enough that I decided to return this particular unit and order another one directly from the manufacturer. If the replacement arrives without the mat issue, I would happily consider it a 5-star product.Ver másVer menos

  Feeling Healthy Again

  I love it!! I have neuropathy in my feet from past chemotherapy treatments and I find great relief in my feet as well as my legs. I find that it also helps with balance, while using the back of a chair for support. I've noticed I'm able to walk more steadily than I have before. Glad I have this wonderful machine.   Love this machine!!!

  LOVE THIS MACHINE!I use it almost everyday - twice a day! Great for recovery after long runs or grueling workouts - and I think it helps with weight loss and keeping my skin smooth!My only wish is that you could set it for more than 15 minutes at a time.Also - my plug was a little loose - their customer service is top notch!Ver másVer menos

  Excited for this addition to my home gym!

  So far, so good. I've used this in physical therapy and was so impressed I bought my own to continue using its benefits at home. I've only had this personal waver for a few days, but I can feel benefits! It was well packaged and came with a lot of useful infor.ation like a poster of uses and suggestions for a full body workout. I'm looking forward to using this machine for quite a while. It seems very well made with great weight to it that will support heavy usage. I'm still figuring out the settings, but they are wide ranging as well for a truly customizable experience. I'm using it for muscle toning, circulation benefits, injury rehabilitation, and low impact exercising.Ver másVer menos

  Title: Sturdy, Quiet, and Great Quality

  I'm very happy with this vibration plate. It arrived quickly, feels very sturdy, and is surprisingly quiet while in use. It's well made, easy to use, and works exactly as expected. Overall, it's a great piece of exercise equipment, and I'm glad I purchased it.

  J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!Ver másVer menos
