  Perfect way to prevent flat hair!

  If you have any sort of texture to your hair, you understand the perils associated with wearing a hat of any kind. Hat hair is a real thing (the horror!) and can flatten your hair texture until the next wash/style. So what do you do if you want to keep your face and shoulders protected from the sun but you also would like to keep your hair's texture from flattening out? Answer: You buy this hat!In addition to allowing your locks to escape through the open top (you can wear your hair down or up in a bun/twist), the brim is wide enough to cover a pretty good amount of your shoulders and chest, depending on how you're facing the sun. It rolls up to allow for easy packing into your luggage or beach bag too! Plus, you can still get the wind through your hair and scalp so on warmer days, you won't feel like your head is suffocating.The cons for this hat, at least that I can find so far, are as follows. (1) You do still need to wear sunscreen on your hair's part or if you have any spots where your hair is thinning. (2) If you have long hair like me, it's easy to get your hair stuck in the velcro tab. I found that flipping my head and hair forward and securing the velcro with my head upside down works best. (3) The brim does not stay as well shaped as the product photos suggest. The brim is stiff enough to not be floppy but it does get a little bent from being rolled up.All in all, this is a major summer win for me and I'll get a lot of use out of this hat. Now that I'm being much more mindful of skin damage from the sun, I'm very happy I found this product.   it's the bomb!

  writing on behalf of my other half (the lady of the house : ). This thing is awesome! Rarely do I get so excited about "things", but this ticks all the boxes. FIRST . . . it's very sensible. very broad rim for good coverage, but not in the very back. This allows room for all her hair to hang down, AND allows for freedom of movement of your head (you can look up, without the brim hitting your back and getting knocked out of position. SECOND . . . it's a visor! paired with the first feature, this allows ladies with lots of hair to either let it hang while wearing hat, or tying it up in some whatever fashion on top of their noggin. Awesome. PLUS . . . who needs a hat top (for those with full heads of hair) !? So it'll be cooler and more comfortable to wear. THIRD . . . it's bloody stylish! I know that perhaps that should be #1 for many, but I'm usually stoked when form FOLLOWS function. So this had is very functional, comfortable, and stylish. Bam! well done, whoever designed this thing! (now if only car manufacturers would learn to be so sensible. ugh)Ver másVer menos

  Great sun visor

  This sun visor is great. It rolls up for easy transport and fits great. My daughter in law borrowed it for there FL trip and she said it was a life saver.
