  - Love this dish soap!

I absolutely love the smell of this basil dish soap. It's fresh and pleasant without being overpowering, which makes doing dishes way more enjoyable. The scent lingers a bit on your hands after washing, but in a good way.Yes, it's a little pricey compared to regular dish soaps, but honestly, it's totally worth it. The refill size helps cut down the cost per ounce, and you don't need to use a ton of it. A little goes a long way, and it cuts through grease really well. What I really appreciate is how clean my dishes come out. No residue, no streaks, just sparkling clean plates and glasses. Plus, knowing it's biodegradable makes me feel better about what's going down my drain. It's nice to use something that actually works but is also better for the environment. The 48 oz refill bottle is perfect for topping up my regular dispenser, and it lasts quite a while. Overall, this is a great product that delivers on performance, smells amazing, and is eco-friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking to upgrade your dish soap game.Ver másVer menos

Fresh Lemon Verbena Scent and Sparkling Clean Dishes, Perfect Refill

We’ve been using MRS. MEYER’S CLEAN DAY Liquid Dish Soap Refill in Lemon Verbena for several weeks, and it has quickly become our go-to dish soap. Ordering from Amazon was convenient, the refill arrived carefully packaged, with no leaks or damage, and at a great price.Using it is a pleasure. In the mornings, it easily cuts through greasy breakfast pans after eggs and bacon, leaving them spotless with minimal scrubbing. During dinner, it handles oily pots, casserole dishes, and baking trays with ease, and even delicate glassware comes out shining. The Lemon Verbena scent is refreshing and light, not overpowering like some citrus soaps, so doing the dishes feels much more enjoyable.I also feel good about using a soap that’s biodegradable, cruelty-free, and free of parabens or phthalates. Knowing it’s safe for my family and the environment adds an extra layer of satisfaction.Overall, this dish soap combines powerful grease-cutting, a pleasant natural scent, and thoughtful, eco-friendly ingredients. For anyone who wants their dishes clean, bright, and smelling fresh, this refill is a highly recommended choice.Ver másVer menos

Cleans well, mild fragrance, does not set off my chemical allergies

I have chemical allergies and it is really difficult for me to find products I can use. Mrs. Myers clean day dish soap lemon Verbana has been great. The fragrance is not strong, it does clean quite well and rinses well. It is much cheaper to buy the refill. I have been using it for a few years now and I really hope they never do away with it.Ver másVer menos

  best value/best price per ounce/mL

I've used Mrs.Meyers lavender products for 20 years. I'm very sad they discontinued the powdered scrub/cleanser because it cleaned my bathroom shower/sink toilet as well as comet/ajax but less harmful ingredients/smell.The pros of this dishwashing soap are: not watered down or thin so you don't use too much/too fast: very concentrated and works well. This refill size is a much better value than buying the regular size bottle every time. I refill the smaller bottle for daily use and keep this larger one elsewhere. It lasted me 11 months and I use it almost every day. It's definitely a better choice than the stuff you see most often on conventional store shelves Another pro is that they say it's not tested on animals. Haven't deeply looked into it to confirm. The cons: I always suspected it was not quite as "clean"/"natural"/"organic"--whatever term you want to use--because even 20 years ago--the scent gave me a slight headache and definitely did not smell like lavender--altho the scent is nice and not super strong. But back then, internet was much newer and it wasn't as common to look up every single thing online--so I continued using it because I liked the smell better than the Biokleen dish soap I'd been using. However, it still was very harsh on my hands, and more recently I learned it's not quite as non-toxic as I like. So I went back to Biokleen--which is less toxic and much easier on my hands. Unfortunately--that company was bought out and the dish soap was reformulated and is now very thin and less concentrated so you end up using quite a bit. I know this review is for the Mrs Meyers only, but comparing/contrasting it to my other choice so people can more easily decide b what's most important to them when deciding whether to purchase this refill sized Mrs Meyers dish soap or not.Ver másVer menos
