  34K miles and still going stong. What is not to like?? Perfect for me!!

  34K miles later, this Jacket is still going strong. It has been through sleet, snow, ice, torrential down pours, scorching sun, you name it! The black has faded just a little bit and the Velcro straps on the wrist are getting worn. But, 34K miles... I say I got my money's worth! Still my favorite jacket.What there not to like?? I have been looking for a jacket that's longer in the back and that I can ride in cool weather with. This jacket is perfect! It has a feminine look, and is not boxy like allot of jackets are. I did go by the size recommended and order than 2 XL. It was a bit large. I returned it for the XL. The XL fits me perfect. With the inner liner I won't need to wear an extra heavier jacket underneath, but I still have room for a lighter layer if I want. I still need to cinch in the waist just a bit. I am 5-6, 185 lb, 36DD chest,(42" around bust) 33 in waist, 42 hips.It has two velcro straps on each arm and one on either side at the waist that allows it to be tailored for your fit. The sleeve length is perfect when I sit on my bike, upright or leaning over, the back does cover me. Nothing is exposed. It stays put when riding as well. The jacket does have zippered vents on the back and arms. (Another review said it did not) The inner liner comes out with ease, It zips around the inside and then secure with two elastics at the wrist on each arm.The armor is not a heavy plastic. It is a thicker foam type, not sure how much protection it will provide in a crash. You can always put in the heavier plastic armor. Shoulders and arms are not too bulky like on some jackets. The back of the jacket has the armor that can be removed and also a slightly quilted/padded area that is sewn in. I can actually move and not feel like the Michelin man.As far as warmth and waterproof, I don't know yet. I will update my review after I wear it in the cooler/wetter weather.All in all this jacket it such a great buy at $50. 1/3 the cost of my other jackets!! Perfect!!Ver másVer menos

  Worth the money!!

  Have had it for almost 8 months now and absolutely love it, fit well (size guide accurate). It’s thick and love that you can take out the liner, has good pockets and looks beautiful on me. Quality is great! Most of all I feel safer when riding, highly recommend.Ver másVer menos

  It's a nice comfortable jacket but the material is a little iffy

  I personally like the jacket, it was comfortable while riding, I do know that I'm not able to wear anything thick under it you wouldn't fit or it just wasn't comfortable, thankfully I haven't fell or dropped the bike so I can't vouch for its durability for that portion but I can tell you that I noticed a fairly large burn hole in my sleeve of my jacket and I had no idea where it came from the only thing that I can think of is that I brushed up against my exhaust, so you can say that I was very very unhappy because now I have a big burn hole in my jacket and it like melted , if you were able to see it which I should take a picture of but I'm sorry it looks like I held my arm to my exhaust which I did not, I know that my exhaust has a tendency to get extra hot so I'm usually cautious to make sure that I don't touch it so for the burn to be that big and look like the material melted I don't know, so it's definitely not fire proof which we already knew but I didn't think it would melt like that, but it's also an inexpensive jacket so you can't really complain but other than that Like I said I found it to be comfortable, I don't know if it says that it's waterproof in the description I don't remember so if it does say that it is I'm just letting you know it's definitely not, I have worn it in light rain and heavy rain and no matter what I got wet I think it's fine if it's misting or a small shower but I do recall wearing it one time and I was soaked, but like I said I don't don't know if it says that it's waterproof so it might not even state that but if it does it's not, I had to read the reviews to purchase the correct size, I purchased a medium and I am 5'7 1/2 and 125lbs, I was actually going to order a small at first but I wanted to make sure that it wasn't short on the arms, but I would say if you are a small go up one size because I've had the jacket for a year and I'm making the review now, I actually think when I initially purchased the jacket I think I was lighter than what I am now and I still can't wear anything bulky under it, but everything fits on the arms and it's long enough, but yeah like I said I only really ride with it on in the summer so I don't have much on under it I think I try to wear maybe a sweatshirt under it once and it was too much, so you get what you pay for it's cute honestly and it's comfortable but if you do you get it close and have a heat you will probably melt it

  Perfect for cold/warm weather

  This jacket is fantastic quality for the price. It feels durable and protective without being too heavy, and the fit is comfortable for riding. The padding is well-placed, the ventilation works great, and it feels very secure while still giving you good mobility. Perfect for everyday riding or longer trips.   Good performance and great value.

  The jacket runs small. I’m female 5’6” and 144 pounds. I’m usually a medium and I bought a large and it fit perfectly snug but not too tight. The liner is easily removable and did its job riding early morning at 52 degrees and humid cold. The fit and finish is good considering the price point. The mesh feels like it would do its job in case of a fall. It seems water resistant but I haven’t tested that in the rain yet.. the armor inserts are all in the right places and the jacket has enough Velcro straps to adjust the fit as needed. I’m very satisfied with the performance of the jacket, it was a good buy for under $100.Ver másVer menos
