This kit is easy to put together and holds well. The pieces go together well and are tight enough that I’m not worried about it coming apart while in use. If your someone looking to start working out, this is a great starter kit for someone at home.

本体は安っぽいけど使えなくはないのでいいのですが、ハンドグリップはプラスチックて自分の体重かけるとしなってしまうので壊れるのは時間の問題かな？とりあえずは日々の筋トレに役立っています耐久性は？
