Upgraded from Original MDR-1000X
Pros:-Quick Charge-USB C-Battery Life-Updated ANC-App for better EQ-Sleeker Look - Smaller profile-Quick Attention - Cupping right ear-Usually use them 10+hrs daily-DurabilityCons: More personal-When swiping in low levels you hear a slight scratching noise which irritates-Ear fatigue after long use - use glasses so could be a factor-Smearing on right cup - used to the leather type on MDRs-Mic quality on calls - normally go to phone mic-Slightly makes ears hot - wear them in controlled AC. I give my ears about ~3-5 minutes rest before use again.-Quick Attention - Although I like this feature at times I have to take one ear off as it picks up all noise (fans, ac, etc)-Neck rest feels bulky - usually take them off instead of hanging them on neckBought the first one of the line and was completely pleased. The only issue was the headband on mine had cracked and was debating if I wanted to upgrade to the XM2s but didn't warrant the slight upgrades. Waited for a bit and ended up purchasing the OnePlus Bullets as at the time there was no real headband replacement and didn't want to cough up another $350 which I could just tape the earcup that was damaged.Once I seen that these were opted to be released still debated until I saw them at Best Buy and recalled the original fit to this one. Can say was pleased but still didn't want to cough up a lot. Till I saw this deal and thought why not, it has really good updated features and I kind of started to miss the ANC and fooling some coworkers that I was in "the zone." Once purchased completely satisfied with the quick charging capability, I hardly use the Bullets unless out in public and not wanting huge headphone on my head. Work graveyard in a call center so usually listening to something 60% of my shift. When at home also use these to block off sound when attempting to sleep and at times forget I have them on and end up KO. When I wake up they actually don't bug nor do my ears feel super hot though I do get a slight ear fatigue in the back on my lower ears due to possible pressure build up.Also to add on the ANC, I literally neighbor Disneyland and on my days off almost all the time around 9:25 I put these on. I put something bass heavy on and full blast all settings minus phone volume. I will say it does knock off possibly 80% of the explosion noise caused by the fireworks. This part is what I'm completely satisfied with because it sounds like a muffled pop rather than a loud BOOM. They days I forget to put these on in time I sure do get startled and immediately put these on to drown out the noise.Ver másVer menos
