Good fiber
I've bought these a couple of times now. Each time I go looking for the cheapest product that has the most fiber. This one keeps popping up, so I keep buying it. I take one in the morning and one at night for a little extra fiber. I think I've noticed a difference. The gummies are super soft when the bottle is first opened, but by the time the bottle is empty, the gummies can be a little stale. Good for problem I have
I have many bathroom problems, and these gummies work for me when prescriptions didn't. I love the taste; they don't stick to your teeth. There is no odor or bad taste. I have to tell my daughter to stop eating them. She doesn't need fiber, and she throws my count off cause she has one, but she loves the taste.
