These fit as expected and the length is nice
I am 7 months pregnant and I buy all maternity clothes in small or extra small. I needed some workout shorts and wanted this more conservative length for spandex shorts (they hit me 3ish inches from the top of my knee cap and I’m 5’5”) and I figured a large would give my belly enough space and they do! The bottom opening is slightly loose which I think is perfect because it doesn’t squeeze my thigh there and cause a little mini roll. The phone (iPhone 8) stays nicely in place while I run too. I’m so happy with them. I think if I wasn’t pregnant I would still buy a medium not a small because I don’t like leggings the way they are supposed to fit, I don’t like them tight. I actually think these will still be a go to after pregnancy, the waist may feel sorta baggy at times but I think they will work. Good quality. I may buy more colors later too.Ver másVer menos

Nice for many uses
I don’t purchase many clothes, but saw these and decided to give them a try. One black/one charcoal and they are both extremely comfortable to wear. The pricing was reasonable for items and they fit perfectly. I feel comfortable wearing these when going to the grocery store, going for a ride on my bike, or just working around the yard. Oh, yeah, also found them to be very comfy to lounge around in. What more could you ask for in a couple of pairs of shorts? These are very comfortable and glad I decided to give them a try.Ver másVer menos

Comfy but do not size up
Very comfortable. I was in between sizes and decided to size up. They fit but are a little loose (bought an xl). I am larger in the waist compared to the rest of my body but have longer legs and shorter torso.If you are in between sizes, would recommend sizing down.Love the pockets, super comfortable. The waist does roll down slightly but I think it's because the pants are slightly bigger.Will keep but planning to buy a large this time.Ver másVer menos

Material, quality and style are great!
I actually love to wear these shorts while I plunge cold water. They are very good quality. Love the side pockets and they fit great. Very flattering and I get compliments all the time.

Good quality & Very Comfy
These fit as expected and are VERY comfortable. They are made of good quality materials too. I'm going to see what other colors they come in!

Very comfortable and smart design!
These fit just like I was hoping. I usually get a small, and they were true to size. What I was more excited about was how comfortable these shorts were all day. The material is very soft yet they stay in place. Bonus: the pockets on both sides are large enough for any phone, and the pocket for your key fab is awesome!Ver másVer menos

Sizing is off
'm a size 6-7 in pants/skirts, and I ordered a LARGE in these shorts. They were way too small. Did not reach my waist, and were constricting around my bum. I don't even think replacing with an XL would have fit me. That told me that the sizing was way off. I have three pair of this company's padded bike shorts, and they're great. They've lasted a long time (I bike about 5 days a week), and they fit fine. Not sure why these unpadded shorts are so off. Unfortunately, I had to return them.Ver másVer menos

The grey (cotton blend) one is fine, but the black...
The grey one, which is a cotton blend, is mostly great. Fits me well in a medium (I'm 5'3", ~150 lb, pretty sizable thighs). I can't wear the black pair, don't know the material, but whatever it is, ugh. If you want to feel like you're wearing a garbage bag tightly cinched around your butt, crotch, and thighs, and aspire to have swamp a$s, then the black one will work for you. ETA: the black pair fit fine. They just aren’t remotely breathable. I can’t even get moderately active without becoming excessively overheated.Edited 10/15/18: added a star for the exceptional customer service. They sent me a pair of the grey shorts free of charge. I would definitely buy Baleaf in the future for the customer service alone because they appear to be incredibly committed to ensuring you're happy with their products.Ver másVer menos

Not great quality
These fit fine but I didn't like how they looked on, they gathered in the crotch (camel toe) and would ride up when I walk. They just feel uncomfortable and I knew I could get a better pair.
