Got a good one!
It comes with a display port cable. The stand was already assembled and attached. It fired up as expected however I needed to mess with the Display Port connection on the back. It wouldn't give me a picture but after wiggling it a bit it is working fine now.I came from a BenQ 24" TN 144Hz Gsync, 1ms. I saw a friends 32 inch 4k ISP and loved the color and size however the 60Hz wasn't going to cut it. So I did some research and decided on this one. Honestly, the 4 ms refresh even at 164 Hz with Gsync isn't quite as silky smooth as the 1ms BenQ however overall I am happy with it. The size and slight curve is an immediate plus. I have vision troubles it definitely reduces straining to focus. The colors are brighter with than the TN. The higher resolution is nice however it is kind of a wash from 1080p due to the larger screen.I have not found any dead pixels and the monitor was in perfect cosmetic condition.I played some World of Tanks and the game felt just as smooth and crisp as my 24 bq The only slow down occurring in sniper view. But lowering a few settings in sniper view graphics compensated for it.Happy with my purchase so far.New entry: After several months of using this monitor, I've had no issues. Great Monitor
Really nice monitor, the curve isn't extreme and adds to immersion in games. the picture quality is great and the colors are very vivid. Coming from a 60Hz monitor the 144 refresh rate is butter smooth in competitive games. The picture quality and lively colors make it great for cinematic games too, Forza Horizon 4 looks AMAZING. The only con is a bit of ghosting. I haven't noticed it in games but can be noticed while scrolling through white text on a dark background. But that's not a deal breaker for me, it's still a great monitor. And it came in perfect condition with no dead pixels, and the stand was already mounted so setup was a breeze. One thing I will say is the display port cable it came with is pretty short, only about 3 feet, so keep that in mind, you may need to buy a longer one if 3 feet is too short.The only thing this monitor is missing is HDR, if the screen was bit brighter and had HDR it would be perfect.Ver másVer menos

Great gaming monitor; slightly annoying video port placement
(Z321QU Curved 31.5" WQHD) I'm still in the "ooohhhh..." stage, but will try to be somewhat objective.Pro: Image quality for close viewing; refresh rate; G-SyncCon: Price (even on sale)Unk: Color fidelityQuestion of Taste: "dramatic" stand (can always reuse Christmas tree wrap ;) )Still dialing in the picture quality, but it's pretty astonishing OOB (tame for gaming, near perfect for "real" work). No dead pixels, excellent baseline image test results (Eizo suite), have not done color calibration tests yet. Paired with a 1070ti / DP to use G-SYNC.The modest 1800cm curve on this monitor is nearly perfect for close viewing, giving a great sense of immersion. It's worth seeing a number of monitors in person before buying. I found 27" curved monitors to be an unnecessary affectation, but 34" flat screen was too large at close viewing range (the corners begin to visually foreshorten and "fall away" in a disturbing way). I found ultra-wide to have too little vertical space. So for me, this was the way to go above 30". YMMV.Niggling complaint with the monitor is that the video cable connectors are under an overhang center back and down-facing. You can't exactly turn this thing on it's side to get to them, and when it's on a corner desk against a wall it takes quite a bit of maneuvering to connect the cables - but generally that's a one-time installation thing, so no biggie. Ans: Connect cables before positioning on desk. Comes with 4' cables (one DP, one HDMI), which are too short for "clean" cable routing under the desk. Measure your cable route and buy another cable if needed.And then there's my reaction to playing a couple of flight sim and space games: "Ooooooohhhhhhhhh...."Ver másVer menos

Great Monitor
Some people have had some issues related to either factory QA, the transportation process, or package handling. But if your monitor makes it through all of that without any issues, prepare to have one absolutely awesome monitor on your hands!I came from a 23 inch, 1080p, 60 hz monitor, and it's 100% true that once you experience 144 hz you will never go back. Whip the mouse around on your screen fast, and theres no 'tail', its just the cursor moving and not tearing. Click a window with text on it and move it around, you'll be able to read the text (why you'd do this regularly idk, but, it's nice that it can do it).Gaming? Whoooaa momma get ready for a hell of a ride! If you've got a GPU that can push the frames, this thing makes AAA titles hum right along at full 1440p 100+ fps at high and ultra settings (my 2070 super pushes out max fps and ultra settings in Doom 2016 and 100-120 fps in Battlefield 5, and this monitor makes it look amazing). I'm the FNG on a multiplayer team that is just rapidly looking around for the first 1-2 minutes of a match of whatever cause i'm watching the scenery and motion on my monitor.Under monitor lighting can be programmed to do a couple things. As an avid anti-RGB user I initially turned it off, but when I saw that it could be lit to match the scene on screen I tried it and found it to be an interesting compliment.Gripes/complaints. Heavy af, but hardware like this isn't going to featherlight. The weird nipple and button UX setup on the back are kinda odd, but thats the du jour with gaming monitors for now. Brightness is iffy, but I also use this in an obnoxiously brightly lit room so in reasonable lighting it's probably more than adequate.That's it.I thought the curved thing would be weird or odd to get used to (old monitor was flat) but after about 15 minutes it felt pretty good. Like I said if your monitor makes it unscathed you're gonna have one truly awesome experience at a great value (when i saw $470 or whatever it was, I jumped on it. Best monitor I have ever owned
I returned my AW3418DW Alienware Ultrawide to purchase this and it blows the Alienware out of the water in every single way minus not being as wide. The Alienware says you can O/C it to 120hz but I couldn't O/C it over 105 without it starting to randomly blink. I tried new cords, replaced the outlet in my wall, changed the power strip, before exchanging it thinking it was a defective unit but after 2 weeks of being at 120hz the blinking came back. After lots of researching I found a couple others who were experiencing the same issue. After returning the Alienware I stumbled upon this Acer Predator and this is easily the best monitor I have ever owned. Literally everything about this product scream premium monitor better than the Alienware. It comes assembled ready to rock and roll right out of the box, I O/C it too 165hz with the built in O/C (no issues at all), the quality feels better (harder sturdier feeling plastic), they have a dedicated customer service line for owners of Predator products (That's bawler AF), the menu navigation is GENIUS (Intuitive not clunky like the Alienware), and the RGB lighting is nice touch, and to top it all off the 32" is hands down now my favorite monitor size in 2560 x 1440. My only wish is that I could get this in Ultra HD and keep the 165hz refresh rate but that version only comes in 60hz.Ver másVer menos

GSYNC + 165hz + Curves = Awesome
Although I'll admit that this really did not exceed my expectations (upgraded from the Dell S2716dg monitor, which was also awesome), it does everything it says incredibly well. The only thing I would've love to have seen is HDR support...Aside from lacking HDR, the color quality is GREAT. Being that it is a VA panel you get a smidge more clarity than a TN, but not as vibrant as IPS. I have noticed a slight amount of bleed on the curves, but nothing that would lower my appreciation of its features.I'm currently running SLI RTX 2080's and by being able to up this from 144hz to 165 is great. Not that you really need to, but heck, might as well go all out.Summary: It's a great gaming and movie monitor. If only it had the modern feature of HDR, I would be 110% satisfied, but you won't be disappointed.Ver másVer menos
