my 10 year old uses this everyday with no issues. battery life isn’t great but not terrible considering he’s playing games and watching youtube.for a used/older ipad it’s great and worth the $

Bought 3 for the kids instead of phones, great price and excellent product. Everything works as it should, comes with a charging cord and block. There are really cute cases available on Amazon as well. We love them, they’re a hit.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed - Item Arrived Unusable
I purchased this refurbished 2017 iPad as a gift, expecting it to be fully functional and in the "Excellent" condition advertised by the seller. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.When I opened the package and attempted to set up the device, it immediately went into recovery/restore mode. No matter what troubleshooting steps I tried, I was unable to complete the setup process or gain access to the iPad. The device was essentially unusable right out of the box.This was especially frustrating because the iPad was intended as a gift. There is nothing more disappointing than giving someone a present only to discover that it doesn't work. I specifically chose a product listed as being in "Excellent" condition, which led me to believe it had been properly inspected, tested, and verified as fully operational before being sold. Based on my experience, that clearly was not the case.I understand that refurbished electronics can occasionally have issues, but a device that cannot even complete the initial setup process should never have been shipped to a customer. Quality control appears to have been lacking, and this has caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.I ultimately had no choice but to return the iPad and request a refund. Unfortunately, I have been informed that the refund process may take up to 30 days, meaning I am now without the gift I purchased and must wait an extended period to recover my money.Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase and with the seller's quality assurance process. A product advertised as being in excellent condition should work properly upon arrival. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to purchase refurbished electronics from this seller again.Pros: The iPad appeared cosmetically acceptable.Cons: Completely unusable, entered restore mode during setup, could not be activated or accessed, and required a return and refund request.Very disappointing experience.Ver másVer menos

Amazing
I am new to finding out that you can have an ipad in every budget!!The word Refurbished was a little scary BUT I am so glad I purchased. $100 and perfect condition and it is apple so its quality. Came well packaged and came with charging block and charging cord.Absolutely Perfect for my 5 year old grandson who loves being on my ipad. I purchased separately a screen protector and a case for added protection.I am impressed and would purchase again.Ver másVer menos

So far so good took a little longer to charge but haven't had problems yet
