  Comfy, stretchy, large pockets, ordered a size up

  I normally wear a size M, but wear 34 jeans, so I ordered size L and they are perfect. The zippers can wear on your hands in the pockets as they have a kind of sharp feel but they are easily enough room for any phone and the zippers do actually stay closed and lock until you lift the zipper just like in jeans. These have 4-way stretch and don't ride up even when doing squats but then I am 5'10" and the 5" inseam may not be enough for taller guys. The stitching is better than average and the drawstring is very thick and nicer than the Nike shorts I normally buy.Ver másVer menos

  Great Value & Quality

  Fashion keeps changing; basketball shorts down to my knees at the gym just ain't cutting it these days. Who knew men would be back in the daisy dukes again? 😆I wanted to wear these for a while and several wash cycles before I wrote this review. Worn 2-3 times a week as part of my gym-wear rotation– Consensus, they're great! Sturdy, no sign of loose seams or threads, the zippers are holding up with regular use, which consisted mostly of getting my iPhone 6 in and out of the pockets frequently at the gym. After 3 wash/dry cycles they still look new, the fabric hasn't started fading, pilling, or shrinking. Fashion wise, they look current and best of all they flatter my quads 😋Edit: It is now June 2022 my first pair are still going strong after regular gym use and machine washing / drying. I've also purchased two more pairs and will likely continue to purchase more. These are solid, buy with confidence.Ver másVer menos

  Great feel, weight, and fit.

  This is my third pair of Tough Mode shorts and it won't be my last. The shorts fit great and are made out of a tough durable material that has a nice weight to it. Don't get me wrong, it's not so thick that it causes excess sweat or doesn't provide breathability. So far I've used these for running and on various leg days and they never stick or feel uncomfortable. I'm about 5'7 160lbs and you can see that the shorts come about a quarter of the way up the thigh and above the knee. Overall the shorts are of a great quality for the price you're paying. My only very minor complaint would be that the drawstrings are a tad long, but this also prevents them from ever getting pulled into the shorts during a wash, so all in all it's ok. I alsl gotta say I like the zippers on the pockets as they help out quite a bit in preventing my phone from falling out in certain exercises.Ver másVer menos

  Super comfy gym shorts

  Great shorts for gym… just need MORE COLORS. White, Sage, Coral, Sand…. C’mon Tough Mode!!!Also could do without the pockets; they just trap heat & get in the way.

  Very comfortable, and durable.

  Hands down best gym shorts in the market. I've had gumshark, addidas, nukes and UA. None of those brands compare in comfort, durability, and fit.

  Very comfortable, love them!

  These shorts are made of nice material and are light and stretchy! Super comfortable and for well, the draw strong and zipper pockets are great too. I bought one pair, ended up buying two more! Black, grey, and blue. I like my clothing a bit tighter so I ended up purchasing a small and they fit well. Not too tight or constricting. I am 5’11” approximately 160 pounds.The last pair I purchased also had a hand written thank you note! Would highly recommend!!Ver másVer menos
