Very Comfortable and Well-Balanced
I highly recommend this 8-pound weighted vest by Tone Fitness. I first bought a highly rated adjustable vest but found it to be hot and uncomfortable. Because I only used a few weights, it felt unbalanced and hurt my back. I returned it and opted for this one. Though I would rather not have to slip it over my head, it is easy to don. The buckles work well and make it snug enough to prevent excessive movement while walking and lightly jogging. The hole in the back and the streamlined design make it cooler to wear. I was instantly pleased with how the weight is evenly distributed in front and back and from top to bottom allowing my whole torso to carry the weight. I knew the first time I wore it that it was a keeper. I was concerned that 8 pounds would be too light but at a little over 7% of my body weight it is perfect for me as a beginner. With my arthritis, foot and back issues, I must be careful not to use one that is too heavy. There is no unpleasant odor, something often mentioned in reviews of other products. I don’t know how long it will last, but it appears to be well-made. I couldn’t be happier, especially at the reasonable price I paid.Ver másVer menos
