Great lights, amazing customer service. I'll keep buying Neewer.
Ok, let's start with the lights. Excellent shine and durability. The construction is good and durable. I bought these lights in May 2019 and today in January 2021 they are still working like the first day with quite heavy use every week. The quality of the stands is good enough and the controls are very easy to use. They are worth every penny of their price, for video and photography, they make a huge difference! The two colors help you to give the look you want to the skin very easy. The only small problem is a design flaw with the barn doors, which when the light is tilted, they collide with the light bracket. Nothing that detracts from the value of the lights.Verdict: fully recommended.Let's talk about customer service for a minute:At the end of 2020, one of the power supplies failed me. It just stopped working. I called customer service with the intention of getting a replacement (and if it was necessary to buy it) and the person who attended me (who was extremely kind) sent me a courtesy power supply from the company !! what can I say?In addition to being surprised, I was more than happy to find a company that endorses their products in that way, this inspires me to continue buying Neewer, because I know that not only is the product good and has a competitive price, but if something fails, the company is serious about taking care of its customers. **********10 stars for you.P.S; a request to Neewer: Please add 3pin DMX control to these LED panels !!Ok, comencemos con las luces. Excelente brillo y durabilidad.
