Consistent hydration for everyday use

I started using these drink mix products several years ago. For medical reasons, my GP and Functional Medicine Doctors started me on a strict ketogenic diet (25 net carbs daily) which I cycle in and out of; when I am not on my keto diet, I eat low carb (100 or less net carbs daily). My preferred hydration drink is a no sugar added 100% coconut water, but when carbs count, I cannot drink coconut water while on keto. I got tired of drinking plain water or bone broth for hydration, so I did some research, and came across the Ultima Replenisher Daily Electrolyte Drink Mix. I initially purchased the mixed flavor packets, I found out my favorite is the cherry/pomegranate flavored mix. What I like about the product compared to others I found in my research is 0 net carbs and lower sodium than most other options out there. No added sugars, no caffeine, and natural colors are a plus.As a certified group fitness instructor, I work out daily for one hour; I need to stay hydrated and replace lost electrolytes. These drink mixes contain “6 key electrolytes - magnesium, calcium, potassium, chloride, phosphorus and sodium, as well as vitamin C and zinc”. I usually drink these with the recommended 16 fluid ounces of water during my workouts: “The brand recommends the following schedule for drinking your Ultima Replenisher":1. 2 hours before your workout – 1 serving2. 30 minutes before your workout – ½ serving3. Every 20 minutes of activity – ¼ serving4. After your workout, for every pound you lose in sweat, drink 1 ¼ servingThat’s a potential total of 4 or more servings per day or per workout day. During periods of rest, your body won’t need the same hydration as you won’t be losing as much fluid.”What I like about the product:1. 0 net carbs, no added caffeine, no added sugar, and lower sodium than similar products.2. They offer several flavors to choose from; I have tried most of the flavors and found them all enjoyable, but my favorite is cherry/pomegranate.3. No artificial colors or flavors.4. You can purchase them in 20 pack individual packets or as a bulk container.5. For less than a dollar per packet, they are quite affordable and priced competitively in comparison to competitors.6. If you make a purchase from their website a portion of the money goes to one of their charities.7. You can find several recipes on the website which make the drinks even more enjoyable.What I don’t like and what prevents the product from receiving a perfect 5-star rate:1. The product is manufactured in the US, but it uses US and imported products. There is no disclosure on what countries the products are coming from.2. No GMP or similar certification for the manufacture of the product.3. No third-party testing.Overall, a great product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a keto option to stay hydrated and replace electrolytes.
