This stuff is the bomb!
I've used epson salt for my bath soaks for years. When I injured my back last year and suffered from severe, debilitating sciatica I found this stuff & switched. It's amazing. Relief from highly foot cramps
I get nightly leg and foot cramps that affect my sleep. I've tried magnesium lotion, magnesium bicylinate , compression sleeves. Adding these flakes to a hot foot bath has put them to a stop. This stuff is the best. It's great for sore muscles and joints. The jar is pretty generous and is just barely running out after several months. It also leaves your skin super soft!Pair it with arnica oil/milk for the most soothing bath of your life. This stuff got me through the holidays working 8hr shifts at my retail job. Good magnesium flakes for relaxing bat
I bought these magnesium flakes to use in baths for muscle relaxation and to help wind down in the evenings. They dissolve well in warm water and feel gentle on the skin, which was important to me.I’ve used them several times now and they do provide a calming, soothing soak. The flakes seem clean and well made, and I didn’t notice any irritation or residue left behind in the tub afterward.The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the effect feels a bit mild for me, so I tend to use more than expected to get the level of relaxation I’m looking for.Overall, this is a solid option if you want magnesium flakes for regular bath use. This works- dilute in water and for topical use only
This is stuff is amazing. My son has autoimmune disorders which cause his skin to feel like it is burning like he has a bad sunburn but underneath his skin flowing through his blood and when he gets a flare it is bad.I melted about three tablespoons in a continuous spray bottle with hot water and shoot to emulsify and then added cold water once the flakes melted. You could keep in fridge for this purpose but we keep our home cool for him.He had the worst burning flare the other night and I sprayed this generally all over the backs of his legs and back and the immediate release was great but it took away the burning sensation.I know this works on pain too as long as it’s not like mechanical pain such as a herniated disc or a joint problem. We used to use magnesium foam for nerve pain and then could no longer find it. This is a MUCH better value and will last forever.I would use it for a pulled muscle spasm or any type of neuropathy or sun burn. Magnesium is amazing.Ver másVer menos
