Value and effectiveness
Awesome value, definitely noticed an energy boost and l'm 49 years old. The dose is 2 capsules per day. Honestly, with most of the RDA percentages well above 100% and some over 1000% !!!I now take no more than one capsule per day, sometimes one capsule every other day. Better safe than sorry imo and you still get a kick in the pants even at a lower dose. The side benefit is that this " two month supply " now can easily last several months.This has nothing to do with money, but everything to do with moderation in supplementation.
