These are my favorite for biking. They are easy to get out of the package and taste great when you’re hot. They aren’t crazy sticky and th texture is smooth and easy to get down. They are a bit expensive but I keep buying them because they work very well in the summer heat! They are easy to shove in your packet or your backpack.Ver másVer menos

Better for cycling than running
I am primarily a runner but I see these as a perfect burst of energy for anyone who likes to cycle. However if you do plan to take these while running, I'd recommend slowing down a little to chew and swallow before choking. The are soft though and not too incredibly chewy.Watermelon flavor taste great!Only con is that I wish it had more sodium. You will have a eat a few of these to maintain energy.Ver másVer menos

Salted Watermelon Clif Bloks
I use Clif Bloks Salted Watermelon on my bike rides and they’re perfect for steady energy without upsetting my stomach. The flavor is refreshing, especially on hot days. Easy to chew and convenient to carry in your pocket.

I’ve used CLIF BLOKS during longer runs and workouts, and the Salted Watermelon flavor stands out as a lighter, more refreshing option compared to some of the sweeter energy chews out there. The watermelon taste is noticeable without being overpowering, and the added salt is helpful during sweaty sessions.The texture is easy to chew while moving, which I appreciate. They’re soft enough not to strain your jaw, but they can get a little sticky if you eat them too quickly or in warmer conditions. The individual blocks make it easy to portion throughout a workout rather than taking everything at once.In terms of performance, they provide steady energy and haven’t caused stomach issues for me, which isn’t always the case with energy products.
