Great Energy, Delicious Flavor, and No Sugar

C4 Original Pre-Workout in Icy Blue Razz has become one of my favorite pre-workout supplements. The flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet, and since it's sugar-free, it fits well into my nutrition goals. The 150mg of caffeine provides a smooth energy boost that helps me stay focused and motivated throughout my workouts without feeling overly jittery. I also noticed improved endurance during training, and the beta-alanine gives that familiar tingling sensation that lets me know it's kicking in.It mixes easily with water, doesn't leave clumps, and the 60-serving container offers excellent value. Overall, this is a reliable pre-workout that delivers consistent energy, great taste, and solid performance. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an effective, zero-sugar pre-workout.Ver másVer menos

Solid Energy Boost - Great Flavor and Reliable Performance

I’ve been using the Icy Blue Razz flavor, and overall it’s a solid pre-workout.The taste is good, it’s sweet but not overpowering and easy to drink before a workout. In terms of performance it gives a noticeable boost in energy and focus without feeling too overwhelming. The beta-alanine does cause that typical tingling sensation, but that’s expected and fades once you get moving.I’ve found it helps with endurance and pushing through longer workouts, especially on heavier training days.It mixes well without clumping and I haven’t had any issues with digestion. The caffeine level feels balanced and not too strong, but enough to get you going.I think that this is a reliable pre-workout that’s good energy, solid focus, and a flavor that’s easy to stick with long term. It’s a good value for the price.Ver másVer menos

  Good but gritty

Flavor was good and gave me the boost I needed, but the original never seems to dissolve properly. Always tasted gritty, even if mixed the day before.

  better flavor and classic c4

actually prefer this flavor compared to normal. works great, like all c4, consume one scoop in 8oz and in under 30 minutes, wait 30 minutes for it to kick in, then go to town! does wonders.

The Best Pre-Workout, and I've Tried Them all

I've tried various C4 products and I always go back to the original. Yes, you may experience some jitters but if you time it to when you start your workout you won't notice it much. Once you start lifting or running it goes away, at least for me. I've never had any stomach issues with this product. It mixes very well and doesn't have any grittiness like some products. It couldn't be any easier to use. Whenever I'm not feeling super motivated to workout I grab this and it gets me going.Ver másVer menos
