  Believe the hype!

  I had been using my previous wallet for almost an eternity. It was a bifold "cardholder" which was very functional for me (and still is).I had heard from several friends who had made the switch to the Ridge wallet and were very happy. I liked my old wallet because of its functionality, and also how slim it is ... this was not lost in the transition to the Ridge. It is slender, and honestly much easier than some make it out to use. I slid in ~10-12 cards a few folded bills under the cash strap and off I went. As I needed access to my cards I was easily able to retrieve them, and once my need for them was over a simple tap like a deck of cards and everything was safe and securely stashed away.I think it looks nice and is as professional as any other wallet out there. that is unless you need some fancy name on the outside, or want velcro and a checkerboard pattern, oh wait that was my childhood wallet and I lost that in a few days of getting it (if you found it please return it).If I were to make one comment that could be modified, it would be to have somehow (not under the cash strap) that you could have a card on the outside for electronic lock/passes. This was my choice to get a wallet that did not have this option, I made this decision on my own and was not coerced into doing so ... but since everyone in today's world seems to find it appropriate to complain about things that they knew they were getting into, there is mine.Overall I am very happy that I spent the $$'s for this and decided to forgo the recommended alternative of a rubber band. Give it a shot, you have nothing to lose, other than the wallet ... but if you retain it and don't like it just send it back to Amazon for a refund.Ver másVer menos

  Heavy duty minimalist wallet. Perfect for any guy's gift

  Got this for my brother as a birthday gift after I got one from my fiancee a few years ago and I love this wallet. It's so minimalist and keeps all my cards and cash tightly together so I'm not struggling to pull out an oversized book from my pocket whenever I need to pay for something. It's also got an RFID blocker so no weird scammers can scan your cards and steal your info. Taking the cards in and out of the wallet might take you a week or so to get used to, but now it's second nature to me. Just keep the most important and most used cards at the end. And the gun metal feels very heavy duty so easy to find in your pocket.Ver másVer menos

  Well built and compact.

  Absolutely love this wallet. Very small and compact, but holds everything that I need and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I will say though, if you are someone that likes to carry cash, this may not be the wallet for you.

  Classic and Reliable

  The Ridge wallet was one of the OG slim wallets, and it's still a better deal than the cheap alternatives. Quality craftsmanship, and I will never go back to having a leather wallet again.
