Great for camping
I’m an avid car camper and this is a lifesaver for my trips. I don’t need to worry about water now because I can just use a large jug and this to dispense water. It’s great for other things too like washing dishes or hands. The pump feels high quality and comes with multiple sizes and an adjustable cap to fit different size jugs. I love how it relies on a pump not a battery because this will last longer.Ver másVer menos

Appears durable, working great, easy to set up
So far extremely happy with the quality and construction of this unit. So many products in this category have terrible reviews I have held off for a long time. I just put this together with a 5 gallon water jug on my countertop and couldn't be happier. The materials seem fairly rugged, and durable enough for everyday use. The pump delivers a respectable amount of water per cycle, so it does not feel tedious chilling a container. I had no problem attaching the pump to the bottle, the collar and lock ring fit perfectly and everything was simple and straightforward to attach and start using.For cons; the multi-part downtube is a poor design in my opinion, and looks like trouble waiting to happen with pieces dropping off inside the water jug. As is none of the tubing properly reaches the bottom of a 5 gallon water jug, either too long or too short depending on the pieces. I will have to cut one of the pieces of tubing to fully empty a 5 gallon jug, which is acceptable in my opinion; there must be a lot of different manufacturers and dimensions of bottles.Ver másVer menos

Manual, for the win
I love this thing so much. It's larger than I was expecting but it just plain works. It's not hard to pump and it doesn't leak even a little after you're done pumping. I like that it doesn't need to be charged and comes with different tubing lengths for different bottle sizes.Ver másVer menos

Easier than using a crock and stand
Easy to assemble and so much better than trying to turn a 3 gallon bottle over myself, even if I had a crock. Only thing is, that I keep a baggie over the spout when not in use, as water spits out when I pull off the spout cover. Not a big deal for me. Other than that, it does not leak or anything.Ver másVer menos

Excellent product, poor directions
The product is great, not going to down rate it just because the instructions are terrible. The instructions and chart are way too small. Would it be so difficult to make the page larger? Parts marked A, B, etc. but several are referred to without appearing on the chart. Wording needs to be more clear, even somewhat expanded. Seems easy to make this better. Perfect non-eletrical option.
This is a great option to not be shackled to batteries and wall outlets.It's a pump that litterally works at the press of a (pretty big) button. I conmected two standard tubes along with one of the little flex pieces so that it curves towards one side of the bottom of my 5-gallon jugs. That way, I can tilt it to get most of the last bit.It's definitely worth the price for me. It is also bigger than I imagined, but that is not a downside for me. I like that it's nice and sturdy.I seals pretty tight, but I don't really move it around too much. I've installed it on several different bottles as they run out and it still seals and works perfectly fine.When pumping water, the airflow makes a little kinda squeaky sound, but it's not louder than the sound of the water being dispensed.Before I bought this, I saw someone mention that it takes more pumps to get water once the water level gets lower. While this is true, it's not a dramatic difference and not difficult at all.Ver másVer menos
