Great for slicing homemade bread!
This knife is perfect for slicing homemade bread. I was searching for an alternative to the expensive bread knife I have. My manual knife is sharp and cuts bread, but the slices have to be thick, and there aren’t smooth edges. After researching breadmaking websites, the consensus was an electric knife. I searched the reviews on Amazon, and this one, in particular, had lots of reviews from people who make their own bread. After receiving, I cut a loaf of Italian bread, and the electric knife went thru the dense bread like butter! Thin slices and perfect. The slice in the pic on the top is cut with this electric knife. The one on bottom was cut with my expensive serrated bread knife. (The reason it’s thin is because the other side was cut with the electric knife! 🙂)I recommend this inexpensive electric knife for breadmakers. It works very well.Ver másVer menos
