  Excellent shorts with inconsistent waist size fitfit.

  I've been wearing these for years purchased many pairs...roughly 30.look , feel & ruggedness are premium with one major setback. Inconsistent waist fit.Some 33" are tighter then others.Ones that Ive gotton with perfect 33" fit pretty much hold waist size, some others shrink down to 32 after one cold water wash & dry.Because of that , I go with 34" & hot wash /dry to 33".Problem solvedVer másVer menos

  Good fit with the 10" inseam.

  I'm an old man and I don't need my privates showing out the pants leg of the more popular short inseam shorts every time I sit down! These are long enough to prevent any embarrassment, yet not so long that they hang below the knee. Good quality, lightweight and comfortable.Ver másVer menos

  Very nice shorts and well made

  I like these shorts. As a chubby belt loops are important to me. These have plenty of belt loops. They feel well made.I CCW in my front pocket. Other pants and cargo shorts have enough pocket that the handle doesn't show. The handle shows a good bit when I sit down in these. So, the front pocket is a little smaller than other brand shorts. Otherwise they're fine for my wallet and phone, they stay nicely.Ver másVer menos

  Repeat Buyer - Value!!!

  OK, I now have four (4) pairs of these shorts, I really should write a review. I am a repeat buyer (after the first pair, I ordered more colors). As a repeat buyer, I am definitely pleased.I wear shorts daily. This is my standard wardrobe. My typical shorts cost more, I was drawn to Amazon Basics based on price point. These are as nice a what I normally spend twice as much for and have become my standard shorts order now based simply on value. I have reordered (different colors) three (3) times now; so I have a total of four (4) pairs in my rotation right now.As to size, I order a size smaller than my normal size. However the sizing is consistent; all four (4) the same size and all fit the same.Ver másVer menos

  Wonderful, Well-Made Shorts

  I used to love these shorts. The good parts: they aren't too short, but not at that dorky length. Hold up beautifully in the laundry, well made, comfy. I love the extra pockets to store my phone, which women's shorts don't have--or if they do they aren't deep enough. The bad parts: Amazon removed the cuff from the last year's model (which I do not like--didn't notice before I ordered since I had purchased before). I don't hate it enough to return but sure wish Amazon was more honest instead of joining in shrinkflation to fool us in to thinking prices haven't gone up. So 3 stars instead of the 5 I gave last year's model. I'm going to be more careful since I can't trust the Amazon "purchased before" tag.Ver másVer menos
