Great Monitor!
This monitor is awesome! Very clear high contrast picture. I have Windows 10, I plugged in the monitor and it automatically went to 1920x1080 resolution at 60Hz. 75Hz at 1920x1080 resolution is available in the display settings and worked for me.It comes with HDMI and VGA cables. Since my docking station has mini DisplayPort I bought a separate Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable.Unlike other reviewers, I don't notice any backlight bleed, even in a dark room with black background. My normal desktop background is very dark, and the first thing I noticed when plugging in this monitor is how much darker the black is than my previous monitor.I tested various HD videos and I am impressed with the picture quality.Ver másVer menos

Gorgeous, light-weight monitor!
This monitor provides a crystal-clear image, once you figure out how to use it. There are six buttons along the bottom-right-front. From left to right, they are: Image selection mode - button 1, 2, 3, 4 - power. At first I made the mistake of using the image selection mode to switch to a pre-programmed "gaming" setting. This was a big mistake, as the Windows taskbar and window borders became blurry and pixelated, and text was also blurry. After hours of searching, driver updates, and tech support, we couldn't figure out what was wrong. But as luck would have it, I finally figured it out!Instead of pressing the left-most button, press any of the buttons 1-4. This will bring up more detailed menus and settings. Go to Main Menu, then View Mode, and select either Standard or Web. You can then customize the brightness and contrast to suit your needs. Both of these settings provide a much clearer image than the "Game" modes. I maintain the standard setting (with customized brightness) even while gaming, and the picture is beautiful.The monitor seems very bright to me on a high brightness setting, but that's likely because I keep the lights off in my office. I've turned the brightness on the monitor down quite a bit, and it works well for me. If you work in a brightly-lit office, you will be able to turn up the brightness so the screen is still readily visible. However in a darkened office, the brightness definitely needs to be turned down, or otherwise it will hurt your eyes.The monitor itself is very light weight, and very thin for most of its height. The bottom two inches or so are a bit thicker, to include the electronics, ports, etc. But even this thicker part is still thin compared to most other monitors (even smaller ones). The screen can be tilted back and forth for a better viewing angle, so you can place it directly on the desk or on a stand, whatever works best for you.Overall I'm very happy with this monitor. Lightweight and excellent quality for the price
4 3/4 stars, just wish it were taller. I finally had to get a display to go with my Macbook Pro and I had ordered another brand that would not work right so that one was returned and I bought this one. I love it! Super light, super easy to assemble, and has a great resolution. I mostly do research and a little bit of data at work so this is perfect for me.The only thing is that I wish it were taller. I had to put it on three reams of paper so that I can see it above my laptop screen. Amazing for the price, and so relieved since I really didn't want to spend a lot of money.Ver másVer menos

Good monitor minus the stand
I'm using this with a Mac Mini.Good price. Does what it needs to do. Nothing fancy.The stand is not that great and takes a little work before fitting it in, thus the 4 stars.The monitor itself is beautiful and works perfectly with my Mac.

Excellent price, excellent screen
To be perfectly honest, I was shocked at the price. I have one in my office same size although curved screen that is the reason I was happy to use the same company. I couldn’t be more happy. Perfect for my home office.

Great Monitor for the price
This monitor exceeded my expectations for general purpose usage. Even has a VGA port which was surprising. Came with all the cables including HDMI. Color and clarity is pretty good. Not sure how continued hour after hour use will be but for the times I’ve used it…about 45 minutes each time I did NOT experience eye fatigue.Ver másVer menos
