Rough start, but ultimately very satisfied
So, the scope arrived as expected however the box looked as though it was delivered by a gorilla. Upon opening the box I was disappointed to see that there was damage to the optic shroud, it was dented, but did not impede the optics. Everything else appeared to be in fine condition so I didn't get in a wrist about the Dent.It was several weeks before I was able to get to the range and try it out. This is where everything went down hill. After only two rounds, the cross hairs and range finder reticle began rotating. I fired another 100 rounds or so and the reticle rotated approximately 10 degrees to the right. I was frustrated to say the least.I contacted Amazon immediately and described the problem to them. To there credit, they responded immediately. James went above and beyond to replace the damaged product. He was responsive, prompt and courteous and clearly takes customer service seriously. His individual actions turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience and kept me as a customer. He shapes me a new scope immediately at no additional cost. It arrived within a few days. After receiving the replacement scope I tested it out immediately. 180 rounds later the new scope performed flawlessly. In my opinion, whatever caused the initial scope to malfunction must have occurred during shipping. As for the scope itself, I couldn't be more pleased. It installs in minutes and the lighted reticles are great for low light target engagemets. The three in one combination enabled me to engage targets at long and short tactical ranges without making adjustments. The eye relief is excellent and the optics are crystal clear. The scope reticle is very accurate and with minor adjustments I was hitting 1 inch groups at 150 yds out of the box. I zeroed the laser and holographic sights at 25 yds for close engagements and use them in tandem to great effect. This is a great scope, especially for the price. It may have started out a bit rocky, but in the end Amazon (James) made it right, and I have a great, reliable scope that is waterproof, shock proof and fogproof.Ver másVer menos
