Size up, this blouse is not stretchy
Great blouse, size up if possible. The blouse is not stretchy and slightly see through. Your toddler will need to wear a camisole under this blouse. The Peter Pan collar looks very nice and is just the right size. The shirt was made pretty well and the buttons are sturdy. The collar is not tight and has some wiggle room. My toddler twins wear a size 6X, but in this case we had to purchase a size 7 and 8 to make it comfortable for them to more around freely. The color is as expected.
