  Highly recommend

  I was having some fatigue/cramping issues while golfing in the heat this season. So I’ve tried a few of products. This product is by far the best. Convenient small packs that easily open. No need to mix powder. The taste is amazing. I haven’t figured out the timing exactly but no fatigue felt. The taste great. It does caution you drink enough water, the gel/paste is semi thick so I believe that part so make such you drink enough water. Best part was after my round I usually feel a bit drained, even sick depending on how hot it was. When I’ve used this product no issue. I’m able to go out to eat/have a few drink etc with people I play with and still be my normal self.Great product. I highly recommendVer másVer menos

  Great source of energy for long-distance exercise

  I generally use this as the opening fuel for going long, all-day distances, to act as a starter of sorts while supplementing them with more mundane energy sources (such as the standard GU energy gels or chews) as the day progresses. The orange-vanilla flavor doesn't taste very good; the chocolate-coconut flavor, on the other hand, tastes great. I would suggest getting a variety box at first if you aren't familiar with these, to try out multiple flavors before settling on one you like.Ver másVer menos

  It saves me when cycling

  I only use gu roctane and I only buy the chocolate coconut because it tastes like an almond joy!

  Try it, works.

  I have been using GU consistently for 5 years now, I did used it in the 90's mountain bike craze and back then it was a new product. Todayis a reliable engineered energy source and I can feel the difference within 10 minutes of ingesting. Just remember to chase it down with some water. I race category 4 and I take one every 30 minutes during the races. I call it sprint in a bag.Ver másVer menos
