Better than the 1st!
Once again, Tom and AVA do it again, another epic quality album. Simply amazing...Many people are upset that Blink 182 are no longer together. When I hear the music that Angels & Airwaves have put out since the end of Blink, it's like the legend of the Phoenix. Out of the ashes, a greater band has risen. I am glad we have Angels and Airwaves, even if Blink is no longer a band.I Empire builds on the messages of We Don't Need to Whisper. Where the later was darker and the band was starting to find their sound. I Empire is more upbeat and joyful. I Empire is better, in my opinion, than We Don't Need to Whisper."Call to Arms" (My Only Fear) - 5 Stars - A wonderful way to open the album and set the tone."Heaven" - 5 Stars - I just love this song. And a most excellent way to end the album."Sirens" and "Jumping Rooftops" are the only 4 Star songs on this album. They just don't do it for me when I take the whole album in. Which is the only way to take the album: all at once.Ver másVer menos
