Great Product
This is my favorite melatonin. I will either take one (1) or two (2) capsule depending on my needs. Two seems to put me into a REALLY deep sleep. I capsule just seems to take the edge off and I get what feels a more "normal" sleep. By "normal" I mean if something was to happen in the house I would hear it and wake up.I'm really with the product. It doesn't leave you with that groggy feeling that a lot of OTC sleep products do.Ver másVer menos

I Used to have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, not anymore
This particular Melatonin puts me to sleep and keeps me dreaming all night. I've tried so many different things over the years, all the natural supplements and herbs that promise you a great nights sleep like Valerian which by the way gives me terrible nightmares. Bargain Vegan Sleep Aid
I liked Vegan. The price through Amazon was way better than other sources. So I bought two bottles and gifted one to a vegan friend in need of sleep. This product works well for me and my friend.

They do the job!
I have been taking sublingual melatonin for quite awhile----for sleep issues---and mistakenly bought these capsules. BUT they work way better than the sublingual for some reason. I do have to take them a couple hours before I'd like to sleep, but I believe they work much better than any other form though I use other forms as back-up.Ver másVer menos

Great sleep!
My wife and I have had sleeping problems intermittently and do NOT want to take prescriptions just to be able to relax and drift off. These were just the right 'dosage' (10mg) for a great night's sleep. There are lower and higher dosages available, so experiment with which works best for you.Ver másVer menos
