$240 bulb replacement
Just purchased this to check out the quality before buying 6 more. While the quality seems pretty good, I noticed that there are not bulbs that you can replace. It is a circuit board with leds in them. I contacted them and they were very quick to respond. I asked about bulb replacement and they said they will replace within warranty for free. After that it is $240! Which is about half the price of the light itself. Considering the replacement light cost and potentially having to wait for replacement from China, the risk of not having a workable light within my business isn't worth it. How do we get all the lights to work at full brightness?
We cannot get most of the lights to work, and if they do, they are very dim. The light has not worked well for us since we bought it.
