Mom and daughter approved !
This is a classic watch. Bought for our 6 year old daughter. She loves the "big kid" feel while having the numbers be a good size for her. She wears it everyday so I'm glad the band doesn't irritate her skin. Has helped her a lot in learning to tell time. Great gift idea! 6 year old approved!Ver másVer menos

Perfect First Watch
Edit October 2024:It finally bit the dust. But it held up for a few years first so I'm still happy with it. The battery CAN be replaced, but it is a royal pain in the rear to do, and it never worked after we replaced it. So.... Maybe it can't be replaced haha.I bought this watch for my son 4 years ago. It has been through a lot in that time and yet it's still in good shape. The watch face is the perfect size for boys ages 5 through 10, in our experience, and the band is adjustable so it can grow with your child. The lens is scratched a bit, but it isn't noticable until you look closely at it. Plus, the battery only now stopped working, which is surprising given the experiences of other reviewers on Amazon.It is possible to replace the battery. There are four teeny tiny Phillips head screws on the back that you have to remove to get to it, though, so I recommend using a tiny magnetized screwdriver (you can also make it magnetized by holding a decent kitchen magnet against the metal shaft of the screwdriver) and one of those magnetic trays, or at least a large magnet to keep the screws handy so you don't lose them. My son's watch takes an SR626SW cell battery which I assume is still the case for newer watches.Ver másVer menos

Good watches
This is a great watch, but two of them for my grandkids. Have had one for over two years. It went through the washer wasn’t working took it apart and let it dry out. Started working again just fine time ex tough watches. My granddaughter also has.

Great watch!
This was a perfect gift for my 7 year old. She loves that next to the number there is a small number counting by 5. This made telling time easier for her. The elastic band works great and she is able to get it on and off independently.

Great watch for a young kid
I bought this for my 7 year old who is learning to tell time. The band is soft and stretchy and it is easy for her to adjust. There is no Velcro or buckle on the band, it is like an adjustable bracelet. The face is the perfect size for a kid, not too big for her wrist but big enough that she can see the hands and numbers clearly. The face is simple and easy to read. The only thing I would change is it does not seem to glow in the dark like timex watches I had as a kid, but that has not been an issue for her. Overall she enjoys wearing it to school and said it’s comfy enough she doesn’t mind to sleep in it.Ver másVer menos
