Simple, functional, perfectly nice
It's nice! Perfectly functional and lightweight without being flimsy. I pack it in the bag I got my WOSS strap trainer in and it doesn't take up much room. I use it for some preliminary stretches before and during work-outs.I also really like it for stretching my back at any old time. I have had scoliosis since I was a kid and my back is always trying to do something uncomfortable to me that it's hard to prevent or do anything about. You may have seen an exercise for people with back problems in which you hold a broomstick overhead and then rotate your arms and shoulders to bring it down behind your back as far as you can. That one releases a lot of pressure between my shoulderblades for me and makes the muscles along my spine have much more even tension rather than odd cramps and such. I can stand and sit up straighter and feel much more comfy after doing that exercise. Well, a strap like this is a lot easier to use than a broomstick and you can take it anywhere, even stick it in a jacket pocket. There are an infinite number of stretches like this that you can do if you experiment a little and keep an eye out for what works for you best. If you need a stretch at home or in the office, this kind of thing is nice to have around. And this version of it is not expensive, not ugly, and unlike many exercise items, is lightweight and won't take up a lot of space. You can't really go wrong with it.Ver másVer menos
