They work well ...Until they break.
Ive purchased 2 pair of these head phones. I really like them. They are comfortable and work better than some if the others I have tried. The sound is crystal clear...not muffled at all and the range is good. They work well with Avaya.My only issue is that after normal use, they broke in the same place twice after a couple of months. I think I will try another brand this go round.Update... I have yet to find headphones with the clarity that these have. Guess I'll have to stick with these.Ver másVer menos

Great sound quality but If on a full 8hr shift it may not last
What I like is the audio quality, it’s super clear & noise cancelation work right too. Battery life could be better it lasts almost a full 8hr shift of non stop inbound/outbound calls. Definitely needs to be put to charge every night for daily use.

Best of several I tried, but loose on my head
This headset work well for me, and has a long better life. My only complaint is that the overhead band seems rather large, so it's a little loose as I use it. I don't have a terribly small head, but just it's not possible to adjust this to make it any smaller. It's fine, but not ideal. Overall I'm happy with it otherwise, especially after trying several others.Ver másVer menos

Doesn’t work wireless for long
Worked for a week, now I can’t hear calls nor can the caller hear me unless it’s plugged in. This is on a full charge after 6 hours! Unacceptable!!

Great headset -
The headset is comfortable for an afternoon of calls. It works perfectly with Skype and PC audio. I recommended it to several other coworkers who work from home and had been using wired headsets and they love it also. While wearing it, I am connected to both my PC and my cell phone and can easily take calls on either. The only problem I have (and this may be me not knowing how to use it perfectly) is that when I am on a Skype or Teams call and the cell phone receives a call, I lose the audio to the PC as the cell bluetooth connection seems to override. So when I am on important work calls, I simply turn off the bluetooth on my phone. I get about 50 to 60 feet of range.Ver másVer menos

Can't hear yourself
I really need a headset where I can hear myself speak. This is important so that I do not strain my throat. I was looking for that in this headset, but sadly I was disappointed ,it does not offer that feature. So you don't know if you're loud, or soft, or anything, it's really strange. Other than that it seems nice, I don't know how long it will hold up, because I've read plenty of people saying that it doesn't last very long. It's just too expensive for a headset that you cannot hear yourself speaking. Also, the answer button to answer calls with the headset, isn't working.Ver másVer menos
