A TERRIBLE, PAIN-FILLED EXPERIENCE!
I don't understand the hype with Relaxium. I started with 1 capsule at first and it didn't work. Then I went to 2 capsules once & was MISERABLE throughout that night & the next day! With 2 pills, I woke up 3 times from searing pain in the middle of my forehead, my lips going numb, blurred vision and pin prick feelings throughout my face. I have never experienced such reactions with other sleep aides, only Relaxium. The pain was so intense I took Arthritis Tylenol. It's now been 17 hours after the 2 capsules and I still have a terrible headache, blurred vision & feel groggy.In addition to my physical reactions, I also don't want others to be fooled by two types of misleading advertising. First, the product says it is:"America's #1 Trusted Sleep Aid"Based on what? How was this determined? What evidence supports this claim? If that's the case why do Phil McGraw, the MD neurologist and Relaxium's web site GIVE AWAY bottles for free? If they give the stuff away, it doesn't sound that popular to me. Is THAT what makes Relaxium #1?Secondly, Relaxium claims it has "Clinically studied ingredients." All that means is that the ingredients were shown to help relax & induce sleep in some people in OTHER studies having nothing to do with this product. It does NOT MEAN Relaxium was clinically tested. IT WASN'T!I realize that everyone's chemistry is different & this may work for some. I'm writing about my experience to say it is NOT A FIT PRODUCT FOR EVERYONE. Couldn't Ask For More
[Disclaimer: I'm not a doctor. It's ALWAYS a good idea to check with your own doctor before you start taking any new supplement— especially if you're currently taking prescription medications, or have any medical conditions. Herbs and plants can interact with medications and cause mild and even severe bodily harm if you're not cautious!]I have exceedingly difficult insomnia, along with a myriad of complex medical conditions (including chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and suspected long-covid) which have left me housebound and nearly bedridden. Most of my medications for my other conditions make me drowsy, but not in a way that calms down my mind enough for me to fall asleep. Relaxium Sleep has been able to do exactly this since the night I first tried it a month ago.I appreciate all of the intention put into each ingredient (rather than just relying on keyword ingredients that help make a product advertise well), as well as providing an option of the same product but without melatonin since some people don't want that included! I found that to be a really smart business move, but also a very thoughtful choice, as not all companies make that decision because of the extra cost to manufacture a separate product (likely in a different facility, or having to alternate production days at the same facility on the same machinery between the two recipes to allow for a thorough cleaning of all the equipment used).I take the standard 2 capsule dose each night (if you have slow gut motility (slowed digestion), you may need to mess around with how far in advance you take this before you feel the effect), and I wake up most mornings feeling far more refreshed, with far more energy, and much less brain fog from my chronic fatigue.This didn't fix all of my sleep nor fatigue problems —I never expected it to— but it HAS targeted a lot more of my fatigue problems overall than I had hoped it ever could given how so many of my medical conditions and symptoms overlap. For the first time in 2 years, I'm waking up each day with more hope than the day before of getting another piece of myself back— That has been life-changing.[Fun Fact: The body's natural ability to produce melatonin doesn't actually diminish if you routinely take melatonin, and taking MORE melatonin than the body specifically decides it NEEDS at night (which can vary each night, but not by much at all) will just cause the body to not absorb the excess amount, which will then be naturally flushed out like any other excess amount of produced hormone. The human body is WILD 🤯]

Good Product…..
Good product. Seems when you come awake It feels like it glides you through your sleep. Yet, for me, at my elderly age now, it’s not enough to secure me from waking up 1-2 times a night. Also, I notice it gives me ‘dry mouth’ when I come awake. I know this because I wasn’t experiencing this until after I issued this product in. (*However, that can be remedied with a thorough mouth wash for ‘dry mouth’ taken before bedtime). Though this occurs, n though it doesn’t secure me personally from waking up, I still see a little benefit here for what relaxed sleep I can get from it.Ver másVer menos

Works, but is not a miracle sleep aid.....update
This product does help me fall asleep quickly by allowing my mind to relax, however, I still wake up several times during the night. Some nights it works well, and I fall back to sleep, but is does not work it's magic every night. Overall, it is better than any of the other over counter sleep aids that I have tried, however, it is not a miracle worker. I also have noticed that I wake up with a bit of a headache. The minor headache does go away after a short while, but it is a small con of using this for me.Update: After continuing to take Relaxium Sleep consistently for a month, I have noticed that it is working better for me. I take 2 capsules - 1 hour before bed, and when I put my head on the pillow, I am out. That has not happened in years. I usually wake up about 3 hours after going to bed, but that is probably because I need to use the restroom. After I return to bed, I fall right back to sleep, however, I do wake up periodically from that point on. The best news is that I fall back to sleep . So no, I don't sleep 8 hours straight, however, I am getting so much more sleep than I did before. The headaches have also gone away, so I believe my body is getting used to the herbs. Ability to fall asleep
The quality of my sleep has improved significantly. I am able to fall asleep 30-45 minutes after I have taken two capsules with a full glass of water. My doctor read the ingredients and said I should definitely try it. It is not addictive either.
