Quick energy in an easy and convenient package

Whether you are a survivalist or a weekend backpacker, GU should be an essential part of your chest rig or go bag. Great flavor and an overall great product. As a survival instructor this product is highly recommended, GU packs a big performance punch in a small easy to carry pack!Ver másVer menos

Great tasting "GU" where many flavors are sort of gross

Great tasting "GU" where many flavors are sort of gross. I have used this as one of my primary energy sources during my two Ironman's last year. The great part about this flavor is its sort of refreshing.

Just about the best gel out there.

Training for marathons and running full marathons, it is so important to use energy gels. I’ve tried many different ones and these just work better. Only negative for me, would be that they are a bit too sweet. I chase it with water and learned to just deal with the sweetness.Ver másVer menos

  Highly recommend

Good flavor and these work really well. 5 min before the activity and then 45 min in helped me prevent “the wall” in long runs.

Good but I think there is better.

Seems quite good. I use mine when I go out for or when I am just about finished with a fast bicycle ride. That said, for me at least, I think I feel better from Hammer gel then from this. Hammer gel seems to relieve that queasy feeling of exhaustion very quickly which I am not really convinced I even get that reaction from this. Of course this could just be me but that is all I have to go by. I need some of this type of gel that has reasonable carbs, but not a huge amount. You need to determine what is your need in terms of salt and carbs. If you are at all near diabetic you have to pick wisely to keep your carbs and blood sugar in check.Ver másVer menos

  A bit hard on stomach

Great product. Usually I take it before starting my workout and the energy lasts till I finish.
