Great Option for Anyone Trying to Add Calories
I’ve used Optimum Nutrition products for years, so I had high expectations going into this one. The chocolate flavor is rich without being overly sweet, and it blends surprisingly well considering how calorie-dense it is. Using a shaker bottle leaves only a few small clumps, while a blender produces a perfectly smooth shake. One thing to know is that a full serving is very large. Unless you’re specifically trying to gain weight quickly, most people will probably want to start with a half serving and adjust from there. It’s an easy way to increase daily calories without feeling like you’re constantly eating.I also appreciate that it includes creatine along with added vitamins and minerals, making it a convenient all-in-one option for post-workout nutrition. The container was well sealed when it arrived, and the powder had a fresh smell with no signs of moisture or clumping. If your goal is building muscle or increasing calorie intake, this is a solid choice from a brand with a long track record. I’d definitely buy it again.Ver másVer menos

Solid Mass Gainer, Delivers on Calories & Gains
I’ve been using this Optimum Nutrition High-Calorie Mass Gainer for the past 6 weeks during a bulking phase and it’s definitely helped me pack on size and strength. The 1,200+ calories per 2-scoop serving makes hitting my daily surplus way easier when regular food isn’t enough. I’ve noticed good progress in the gym and on the scale. The 50g premium protein blend supports solid recovery after heavy training sessions, and the 250g+ of carbs does a great job replenishing glycogen so I feel fueled for my workouts and throughout the day. I also appreciate the added vitamins and minerals (including Vitamin C and Zinc) — it helps cover nutritional gaps when you’re eating big. What I like most is how customizable it is. I blend it with whole milk, peanut butter, banana, and oats to push the calories even higher and improve the taste. The fact that it’s from Optimum Nutrition, the #1 sports nutrition brand with strict quality control, gives me confidence in the product. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the taste. Even with mix-ins, it’s very sweet and the texture can be a bit thick/chalky if you don’t blend it long enough. It’s drinkable, but not something I look forward to every day.Overall, if you’re serious about bulking and need serious calories, this is a reliable choice. Good product from a trusted brand.Ver másVer menos

Another Fantastic Optimum Nutrition Product, This One For GAINS! All Kinds.
From one of the more well-known & trusted names in muscle building comes a great weight gainer product. The taste is a little bit on the sweet side but still very tasty. Good quality product which most have come to respect from Optimum Nutrition over the years/decades.For those thinking that this will be like typical protein powders in terms of powder volume, guess again. For the amount of protein & carbs you get it's a fair bit of powder volume (see pic for size comparison with scoop from ON's Gold Standard protein powder) but this is to be expected from a weight gainer supplement.Overall this is another homerun from ON. You won't be disappointed.Ver másVer menos

A little pricey, but good stuff
I’ve tried a few different weight gain powders over the years and Serious Mass is definitely one of the more calorie-dense options. The biggest thing I like about it is that it makes getting extra calories in much easier, especially on days when I don’t feel like eating a huge amount of food. The chocolate flavor is pretty good, although it is on the sweeter/richer side. I found it tastes much better mixed with milk or blended with some ice compared to just using water. The powder mixes fairly well, but because the serving size is so large you’ll want a bigger shaker or a blender. A regular shaker bottle can get pretty crowded with the amount of powder needed for a full serving.I also like that it includes extras like creatine, vitamins, and minerals instead of being just a huge amount of carbs and protein. It’s not something I’d use as a replacement for meals, but it’s a convenient way to add calories and protein when trying to put on weight or support a workout routine.Overall, a good option if you’re specifically looking for a mass gainer. Just be prepared — one serving is a lot of powder! A little bit pricey for what it is, so the value is just OK, but if you can find on sale, grab it, it is good quality for sure.Ver másVer menos

Another great ON product
ON is a very reputable brand, considered the “gold standard” for their whey products. This also gives me more confidence in what I’m putting in my body than if it was an off-brand or an overseas product. This mass gainer provides some serious calories.l that can help you bulk up. However, it should not be used unless you are also putting in a solid strength-building workout at the gym. Also be sure to eat a well-balanced diet along side this and drink plenty of water.I thought the taste and texture of the chocolate flavor were fine (tolerable) when mixing with water in a blender bottle. Next time I’d probably look for vanilla and mix it into a smoothie. The stuff is expensive, and the tubs don’t last nearly as long as you would think if taking the serving size that they recommend.Ver másVer menos

Great taste without being overly sweet
I’ve tried a few mass gainers, and this one has been one of my favorites. The chocolate flavor is really good without being overly sweet, which makes it easy to drink consistently. It mixes smoothly and doesn’t have that overly thick or gritty texture some protein powders do.I also like that it packs a lot of protein and calories into each serving making it an easy way to support muscle building when it’s hard to eat enough throughout the day. The serving size is generous, but I usually adjust it based on my nutrition goals and it still works well. The ingredient profile is another reason I chose this one. It includes quality protein along with added creatine, vitamins, and minerals, so it feels like more than just a basic weight gainer. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking to support muscle growth without sacrificing taste. I’d definitely buy it again.Ver másVer menos
