Suitable for boxing kickboxing wrestling and Brazilian jiu jitsu.Molds perfectly, the inside material is like a soft moldable gum type and the outer material a is tougher more rigid rubber.   Best boil and bite in my opinion

  Fits amazing, snug and you can breathe easily compared to other brands like shock doctor’s boil and bites. It looks good and is not too bulky but thick and hard enough to protect your mouth.

  Overall a good product.. But the sizing says adult on the package, it says, for ages. Eleven up.It runs very small, so it fits but it's kind of uncomfortable because it should be largerI would consider it youth size..not adult
