These work well

I have tried literally every apnea product there is. The small nose and full-face masks with the apnea machine. Threw them off in my sleep. Got a jaw device and it misaligned my teeth. CAUSED MY TMJ to hurt. Got rid of that FAST. I have never felt refreshed from any of these products. But i still worry about getting enuf air. I combine one of these with the silicone tape to keep my mouth shut (no snoring). I never feel refreshed, but I am getting air. I wonder why the apnea supply stores don’t sell this tape - instead, they sell you huge, bulky headbands to try to hold your mouth shut. Never worked for me.Ver más

Worth a try

Worked fairly well, noticeably less resistance when breathing, however I have a mild deviated septum and if your sinuses are stuffy or blocked on one side or the other, this won’t change that.First day I kept adjusting it and my septum was slightly tender. Next day I was fine.It is visible and not something I would wear during the day.I have tried it while I slept, but I am a stomach/side sleeper and it typically falls out by morning.Overall, it’s a low cost option worth trying.Ver más

I'm sure they worked, but they hurt.

I didn't love these. They hurt and fell out and were uncomfortable. Maybe that's more reason to keep using them, but my nose hurt sooo bad the next days after using them for a week.

Way better than adhesive strips

WAY better than the adhesive strips. Just slides right in without fighting with positioning, and wasnt very noticeable to me once in place. Did make the tip of my nose a little sore but the insane amounts of air im getting makes up for it entirely.Only drawback is that i cant wear it to work but I dont want to take it out 😔Ver más

Breaks Easily

Almost 1 star. The packaging and effort was there, the performance is mediocre, and the quality is terrible. I used this three times before it simply broke apart. I know these aren't made to last forever, but I wasn't even able to get a week's useage out of it. I only wore it while sleeping. The small one it comes with is child-size, so I could only use the bigger one. Not worth the limited useage in my opinion. It was a waste of time and money. I guess it was worth me finding out these don't work for me. I can save you the hard way - just don't buy these, move on to some other alternative. Bottom line is - they had a nice try, but need to seriously upgrade the durability.Ver más
