I do my own oil changes, and this Valvoline High Mileage 10W-40 has never given me any trouble. It’s not a full synthetic oil, which is not necessary for my car. My mechanic actually recommended it because my car didn’t need full synthetic, so it helps save some money and keep my engine clean. I usually change my oil about every 3,000 miles, and the car runs great. It also drains out easily and not a burnt oil when it’s time to change it. The color stays consistent even after 3,000 miles.
