Headset Answer Button DOES Work
This adapter works perfectly and eliminates the need for the manual handset lifter. I can confirm that this works flawlessly with the Polycom VVX 400 series phones and contrary to a previous comment made stating that "answer button on the headset doesn't work without using a handset lifter", this is not the case for me. The headset answer button works as expected and it's easy to answer or initiate any call from either the headset button, picking up the handset, using the soft button on the phone or using the selection key on the Plantronics headset cradle. As others have stated, the price seems a little unjustified considering already investing $250+ for the Plantronics headset (which was more than the phone), but whatever, it works.Ver másVer menos
